Hotel is nice to stay. Room service does cleaning job. I like a safe box in our room and useful.

Location

Not as per description when I booked , totally different experience as definitely not small luxury hotel of the world, Booked gran derby got derby 2 different hotels.

Hotel was adequate at best

Hotel is overrated and overpriced breakfast are extremely expensive this is the hotel Derby

room is very quiet and clean

The hotel charged me city tax again regardless of the amount I paid tax while booking. And the hotel location is not that close to the city center, have to take a bus to run a few stops.

The staff was extraordinarily helpful. They gave us excellent recommendations for sight seeing and warned us about the pickpockets. The ordered in room service exceeded expectations. Everything arrived neatly boxed, the food was hot and delicious.

We liked everything about the hotel.

Location is perfect

Payment system terrible. One payment from booking , second was directly from hotel. 12 transactions with 0 value. Try to contact Booking.com support. No results. After one month one payment is still penging ( reserved). Will conctact my bank now to sort out the problem.

The room was very good for the price. The location was perfect. Not to crowded and a lot of places nearby to eat ant shop.

There was nothing to dislike.

Room was nice and neat. The location was great, being away from the main part of town was nice and the local shops in that area were great and it wasn’t as crowded as the downtown area. Getting around was easy with either walking taking UBER or the riding the bus.

There was not much to dislike. The cooler in the room either didn’t work or wasn’t meant to work. It should have been a place to store drinks and food, but it wasn’t cool. That is all the dislikes.

I always stay here it’s clean quiet and the location is great

friendly staffs! they were super helpful, location was great too it’s close to all the bus stations and barcelona-sants station. room is big and comfy.

i wouldn’t recommend for light sleepers because u can hear people talking from the streets even from 6th floor. though the interior doesnt really look like a 4 star, the bathroom design was kinda squeezy

Quiet, comfortable, good location

Very expensive, and what really upset me was that the price came down a LOT (more than 40%) between booking and my stay. I felt heavily penalised for booking early.

Not much really, just the bed and seemed clean

It is a joke for a 4 star and the prices they charge.. on top of the crazy prices they add a city tax. They say there is a pool but that is apparently in another building across the hotel in a sister hotel. The rooms were so average for the price we paid. Breakfast was HORRIBLE I cannot believe they charged us 20€ each for cold pastries and horrible coffee which wasn’t even warm. Staff seemed unfriendly and unwelcoming. I have had a great experience with Spanish hospitality but this was a PURE DISAPPOINTMENT. We had 2 different bookings which we discussed with the lady at the reception on day 1 and she said she’ll let us keep the room for the whole stay but they came to kick us out after 1st booking ended. We had to go to reception again to sort it out. There was construction noise all day where our room was. Take 2 stars down, your quality is even inferior than a 2 star hotel!!!

Location was great. Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Complementary water.

Considering this is a 4 star hotel, the rooms were really old-fashioned and you could hear noise from the corridors. The blinds in the room did not fully close.
