Hotel Balmoral is within 5 minutes' walk of Barcelona’s Diagonal Metro Station and Passeig de Gràcia boulevard. This boutique hotel offers free access to its wellness area and free Wi-Fi. Each modern, air-conditioned room at the Balmoral Hotel Barcelona features elegant, functional design. All rooms come with a flat-screen TV and a mini-bar. The hotel has a small wellness area with a sauna, experience shower and fitness machines. It also includes massage cabins and a sun terrace. Guests receive a free welcome drink between 12:00 and 18:00. You can enjoy a drink in the hotel’s bar, or try bars and restaurants in the popular Gràcia district, a 5-minute walk away. In the morning, a breakfast buffet is served in the hotel. Hotel Balmoral Barcelona has a TV lounge where you can enjoy sports events on the big screen. - The hotel was excellent, spacious room and great lightning
- Very clean and updated, perfect location and wonderful staff. It exceeded my expectations so much! I had my travel agent friend come over to see the hotel and put it on her list of recommended hotels!
- Good location not that far from all of the sights in Barcelona. Close to transit stops as well. Breakfast was decent.
Cons -
- Don't be fooled by the appearance of the lobby. The rooms are not as nicely renovated. This felt more as a 3 star hotel or budget accommodation.
- Bed. Need mattress cover to make the two bed not have a gap in the middle
- More like an inexpensive motel. Can't remove hangers to dry hand washing. Small paper cups for tea, not ceramic.Only 2 tea bags offered in.r Single room the size of a closet with short bed. Could hear every sound everywhere.
