The front desk concierge were welcoming and very helpful. Room service was a life saver, the pool was beautiful and clean. The staff tending our room replenished our room daily, it was a relief.

Clean and located in the downtown. 24 hours front desk staff.

No amenities like hot water kettle etc. I have keep hearing outside noise even when the windows are closed.

Booked because it was listed on Google as having a free breakfast. When we showed up the first thing they told us is the breakfast isn't free for people only staying three nights, it's going to be $16.50 euro each. Bad introduction to an great city.

Walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors. However, nothing earplugs won't solve.

Wonderful staff, great location, amazing art collection. The front desk person lent us a scale to weigh our luggage, which was really helpful for us prior to going to the airport. All in all, a perfectly grand hotel. Also, the whole place was very clean.

Excellent customer service and they spoke good English for my poor spanish. The location is in the beautiful Eixample neighborhood but far to walk to La Ramblas. There is NO airport shuttle on site; it is a regular taxi about 40 euros to the airport.

It was an at tractive building with good location. The staff were great.

When taking shower water would spread out of the tub wetting the area. The elevators were not very reliable.

If you want to go to beach its a nice walk but doable. When i read the reviews they mentioned that the AC seem to barely work n that is my thought aswell.

We have stayed in this hotel for four nights. They let us early check in. The room was clean a bit small but it was ok. It was well located. You can walk to every turistic area easily, there is a bus station and taxi just in front of the hotel.

Nice layout and good sized wardrobes

Although the hotel couldn't accommodate request for a double bed, the single beds that were provided slid too easily across the floor. When I rolled over to hug my partner the beds separated and I fell through the gap onto the floor. Some simple rubber feet for the bed legs could help alleviate this.

Perfect location, walking distance to everything you could possibly need, located in the best and safest neighborhood in the city

Bathrooms could be renovated, they’re a bit old. Also - construction workers woke us up with their work right above our room during the stay, a big NO from the hotel’s side

It’s a stylish old hotel full of original art with a lovely modern terrace and small swimming pool on the roof. Bedrooms are comfy. The staff were competent and helpful
