Hotel Alimara is a modern hotel located in Barcelona’s Horta district. It has a central garden, several meeting rooms, rooms with flat-screen TVs, and a fitness center. The Alimara’s restaurant serves Mediterranean food with a modern twist and there are children’s menus available. The hotel bar, SUMMUM, features a terrace and serves food, drinks and snacks. The hotel is located 1 minutes' walk from Mundet Metro Station, and it is a 12-minute journey into central Barcelona. Gaudí’s iconic Parc Güell is 4 Metro stops away from Mundet.

Pros +
- Close to Metro nd a large grocer. Room was clean and nice. Comfortable bed. Good sized room.
- Very clean, everyday service, electric kettle and supplies to make tea and coffee.
- The room is comfortable, spacious and cleanliness standards are high. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The breakfast was complete and tasty, the staff in general was quite kind and friendly.
Cons -
- This hotel either has a mold or sewage problem. The vents emit some genuinely FOUL smelling air. I saw that in previous reviews on Google Maps but ignored them until I checked into my room. The vent in the bathroom made the room smell terrible!!!
- No, we really enjoyed the stay.
