The location was great!

The room didn¿t have ac. They did have fans in the room but it was still pretty hot in there. Also, the location of the washroom is at the front door, so easy for others to see, even if they¿re not using the hostel.

Very nice people, and good location in the middle of the city. Good value for money. They let me in early which was nice as I was very tired from travelling.

The Service toward the customesr in Spain is not very good. When they are busy they become grumpy..

The location of this hostel couldn’t be more perfect, next to Casa Batllo and other central areas. We could easily walk everywhere. The hostel itself was okay, we stayed in a separate room which was nice. The communal areas were a bit old and not super comfortable, but the private room was good enough for 1-2 nights (max).

The communal areas of the hostel were outdated and messy, didn’t look cozy to me but since we had a private room, I didn’t care. I also didn’t like that there was no window in the room but for the location of the hostel, it was worth it.

nice location, nice staff, free luggage deposit after leaving, nice and comfortable rooms and beds, everything was clean and well, worth the money!

ofc it was a hostel, so the beds and rooms are not a 10/10 but realistically this place had all you could ask for.

Had a very unpleasant stay here. Found bed bugs in both my friend and I’s bed after 3 nights of sleeping with them! When we told the hostel they didn’t seem to care. They told us we would get a refund for the whole 5 nights we had booked then they refused to refund the 3 nights we stayed. Staff were also very unhelpful and rude (excluding 1 receptionist who was filling in from a different location). They told us there was nothing they could do as the hostel was full leaving us to have to book a different place (more $). Aside from the bed bugs the general vibe is unwelcoming. Rooms and facilities are not nice (no windows in some rooms so zero insulation). Definitely looks better in the photos. Even though it’s cheaper than other options in the same area definitely not worth it we ended up paying more anyway.

Location was amazing

Some of the staff were very rude throughout the stay. Some literally scoffing or rolling eyes at me and other guests. One once complained of “not having any privacy anymore” when I entered the shared kitchen. After a few days I felt really unwelcome and uncomfortable. I was switched rooms when I arrived and asked to move to the original booked room before my last night. Next morning I found bed bugs in my bed and blood marks from the ones I squashed as I slept. The guests fridge stank.

The location is fantastic. The staff very friendly and helpful and the place was spotless. And very quiet at night time which is a plus!

I had a great stay at this hostel! The location is excellent - close to everything you need. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the terrace is a lovely place to relax. The shower rooms were clean and well-maintained.Overall, highly recommended!

It’s very central location.

The room we had didn’t have a window, there was a French door which opened on to a very small shared area. We were not comfortable having this door open. The room was very hot and the air conditioner was not turned on yet as “It is not hot enough yet”. We were given a fan for the room for which we were grateful.

In the kitchen not enough cups and plates

The room was nice and clean! Thanks to stuff for early check in cause we were very tired and needed to sleep. The location was perfect.

The one thing was that there was no window in the room therefore it was stuffy in the room. Everything else was good!

The "cages" below the beds that are used as lockers. It is not a bad idea in itself, but they are quite noisy and people would wake us in the middle of the night searching for their stuff.The pillows could have been better.

The only good thing about this hostel was its location.And of course the staff were friendly and professional.

It was not a good place for the price. The rooms were the same price as a hotel, while the toilet and bathroom were public and outside the room. It was not very comfortable and convenient. I would only stay here again if I couldn't find another place.
