I liked the style of the rooms. Very clean and nice. Great location. Really liked the shower.

Breakfast was sub par and limited. We had to chase the server in the kitchen for coffee. Breakfast was not worth for the money

There so much noise from other rooms and other visitors coming at various times of night, we did not have a good sleep from the noise. There was so much noise also from others flushing their toilets, from their shower rooms, you could hear people talking from other rooms as though they are in your room.Another point was that when I booked this hotel, I was not aware that I have to pay extra for the drinks (water and soft drinks) they left in the room. At check-out they asked us to pay 21 euros extra for those drinks.

This hotel was the perfect place for me to recover from my surgery which took place 10 mins away from the hotel. I booked a duplex as I had someone looking after me some if the time so they had a space to sit while I was resting. The staff were all lovely and could not do enough for me. They were very understanding and non intrusive for the whole 2 weeks. Glove delivered to the door daily very easily. When I was on my feet, the are had everything I needed from shops to restaurants, busy but nothing like Las Ramblas so overall a much nicer area.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, the overall product quality is good, and the cleanliness was satisfying.

communication was quite poor – starting even before our arrival. Messages were often confusing or ignored, and the general attitude felt indifferent. Despite clearly stating our preference for separate beds, the staff insisted they had not received that information. Also, even though we mentioned there was no complimentary water in the room, we were still charged for it at checkout. They rarely reply to emails or Booking messages.If you have other options, I would recommend considering them.

The staff so nice and helpful. Loved that our rooms were always cleaned everyday after we returned to our room. Also, we got the turndown service with chocolate on the side of the bed, was so thoughtful.

The pool, didn’t like that it was surrounded by buildings & no sun so it was cold & isolated.

Location and the room is big

The shower of room 46 had a serious leakage problem and while taking a shower , the whole badroom flooded

Room was great, lovely decor, bed super confy and bathroom had a great bathtub.

I liked everything

Our room at was actually quite nice—spacious, well-laid-out, and perfect for our needs. Overall, the location was fine, and the room itself had potential, but these unresolved maintenance issues and the way they were handled made the experience less enjoyable than it could have been.

The room definitely needs some major care. There were clear signs of poor maintenance, and while the shower could have been amazing, it leaked into the room and the toilet area.We stayed for two nights and reported the issue to the male receptionist, who simply remarked how strange it was and said they would provide extra towels for the floor. Unfortunately, we never received them and had to ask the cleaning staff for an extra one in the evening. It was clear this wasn’t a new problem, as the floor was already stained from previous leaks.I understand that the hotel may have been fully booked, but a more apologetic approach would have made the situation feel less frustrating. Instead, there was no real acknowledgment of the issue—just a suggestion to use extra towels. The female receptionist in the evening at least took the time to explain why no other solution was possible, which was appreciated.

Dirty room, clogged sink, no toilet brush, and a €200 deposit was taken.

Excellent staff and very helpful with all our requests.

Location is bit off the beaten path. Either long walks or cabs were necessary to most attractions. Street also not easily accessible due to construction nearby.

The sound isolation is smh that owners could work on. Also, having no window to the street or the courtyard is a bit strange

This property is not really at an SLH ( small luxury hotel) standard. The rooms doesn’t have a view, they all have windows to an internal patio that brings not real daylight The design is poor and cheap.

AC wasn’t great, pool is tiny and doesn’t open until 10am. Next door to 2 strip clubs and a Thai massage parlour. It felt a bit seedy when returning late at night.
