Room was super clean. Great noon check out. Loved the balcony! Most of the staff were incredibly nice and helpful.

No coffee machine in room! I was told I could just call down to desk and they would make me coffee, but then there was an extra charge (plus tip for room service). One person on the desk when I called at one point seemed uber put-out by the request.

Clean and central location near a supermarket and many delicious restaurants. Easily walkable to the train station Passeig de Gracia and other of the city's neighborhoods. Daily cleaning services. And free admission to Museu Egipci de Barcelona!

The hotel was clean. The room was big especially by European standards. The front desk was extremely accommodating and helpful!

Hotel staff provided excellent and professional service during our stay.

cleaniness and style

Location was central, staff were very helpful. We were able to leave our bags before our room was ready and after we checked out. We were also able to extend our checkout on the room by a couple of hours.

The accident in my room the wall ornament fell on my head when I was resting on the bed. It could have been a tragedy for me.Despite of staff worries and attention , the compensation was not according to the damage

Nicely presented hotel, very clean rooms and really comfortable bed. Nice outside space was unexpected. Friendly staff too.

Only provided small coffee machine and limited supply (and being from UK would prefer kettle and tea and milk!)Side-lighting was a bit limited for reading in bed.

Bad internet in our room since it’s at the bottom floor.Loud noise from upstairs you could hear walking , moving chairs , tables would wake us up in the morning was that loud. Lights in the rooms are dull Cost don’t equal the value , won’t stay again or recommend

There are many restaurants near by. Very close to the main street. There is a good size bath in the room. Really clean room.

The wooden stomp stool was very uncomfortable. This room is definitely not for the nomad workers. No kettle in the room. Some stuffs was talking each others all the time at the counter. No view from the window.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was stylish and very clean.

The room was clean and well kept but there was zero space to open a suitcase and the balcony door doesnt open because the bed was so close to it.

The hotel was really nice and clean, staff were very helpful to accommodate and had a nice bar area too.

We booked a room with a private outside pool but this was far from PRIVATE as it stated because you are surrounded by buildings and windows of other residents where everyone can see you, so this was a bit disappointing. It is also a little bit run down and needs some upkeeping.

Location was fantastic, a bit removed from the touristy areas but still close enough to walk. Also had lots of great food nearby. Staff were very friendly.

Rooms extremely small

Great size room for the price. The executive room is actually a suite. The room is actually the second floor of an old apartment building on Carrer de Balmes. Yes the hotel is located in several buildings and it was a bit of a maze to get to my room. The staff were very helpful. The safe didn't work at first so someone came up to fix it. I left my charger when I checked out but they held it for me when I returned to Bcn the following week. I shall definitely stay here again

Very loud in the rooms. Everything echoes. Hear water running in the shower and drains in other rooms, people talking everywhere and heels on the floor upstairs. I needed ear plugs. Lots of glass, metal, and ceramic.
