Urbany Hostel BCN GO!

location was good, shower and bathroom was clean with hot hot water, location amazing with good ambiance at night due to bar and shared living room.

The floor inside the room and the stairs going up were dusty but other than that the quality price worth it. I would definitly recommend it to someone or a couple who try to travel on a budget.

Only location and helpfull staff

Rust, mold everywhere, the toilet smells really moldy. Very old place, everything is falling apart, dirty. I do not recommend this place to anyone, the photos do not correspond to reality at all

I liked the location and the friends i made in the rooms

The showers were horrific, one shower was broken and sprayed every way but down and the other shower didnt have a light so i used my phone. The whole place was unclean and unkept

It was in the city so it was fine to go for a beer before bed

1. The photos doesnt match the quality. The room was so tiny that only one person could pass at a time.2. My bed had a broken shelf so when i reported it to the reception, the guy looked at me like i did something wrong. 3. Even when I arrived at the hostel after a long walk with the suitcase, none of the receptionists gave a welcoming smile. 4. The bar in the hostel is also not quite welcoming, even if you sit there with a beer. If you are a solo traveller, it is definitely not for you.

The location, it's very accessible to almost everything. The staffs are friendly and easy to talked to.

It could have been better if there's a bidet in the bathroom, remote for airconditioning, tables.

Rather dirty hostel stay.

We were supposed to stay for 5 nights but stayed for 1. Maybe we just aren’t hostel people but we just couldn’t do it. We waited 2 hours to be checked in. Everything was dirty, stains on the bed curtains and hair and grime in the showers. It was so so hot in the room, we were all sweating trying to sleep. It seemed like everyone came back at 2-3am and then all decided to take showers very very loudly. A security guard came through at one point, ripped open my friends bed curtain, shined a flashlight in his face and then said oh sorry and left. We all barely slept the whole night. My fiancé was the only girl in a room of 16 and some of the men walked around in their underwear. It also smells very odd. All their pictures are out dated. And to top it all off the area surrounding the hostel isn’t ideal either, you have to walk to be somewhere you’d want to hang out in. We took the loss and booked a different stay.

The location is very central.

Really dirty. The place stank- I'm sure the loor hadn't seen a mop bucket for weeks. Unfriendly reception staff. I didn't get the breakfast, but it looked awful, like the sausages just came out of a microwave. I went to McDonald's instead of paying €8 for that muck.

They have a thing where if you give them a 5 star review and show it to them, you get a free drink. My stay was fine for a hostel, but that struck me as shady

Great location, the female room was very big and the curtains provided total privacy

The bed was so comfortable! Great temperature, nice and cool. Great kitchen. Loved the washer and dryer. Good water tempt. Nice music. Nice elevator for those who needed it.

There seemed to be mold in the edges of the shower. The lights would turn off while going to the bathroom. The lights in the room, couldn't be turned on and off. We had to wait for them to time out to turn off and had to repetitively get up is needed to be on.

Random roommates had foursome with one girl while i was in the room

The location. Shared kitchen.

They didn’t have the air conditioning working. They didn’t let us know on time and ably have us a choice to search for another place almost at midnight on a city that we don’t know. They didn’t update us on any improvement and only offered a fan. It was super hot. There was a cockroach in our room. And the mattress are terrible.. you could feel all the metal, you won’t get a good sleep.

The facility has many facilities and social areas. There are many entertainment devices such as billiards and arcade machines. There is a nice bar that you can use for an additional fee. There is also an open buffet breakfast available for an additional fee.

Rooms are very well put and comfortable. Breakfast is amazing. Had no issues finding the location and the staff was more than helpful.

bathroom , the showers and toilets are inside the bedroom and just 3 for 20 beds

The beds are comfortable, the curtains closing the bed are torn, there are no hand towels in the bathroom, the shower is fixed high, it is impossible to take a bath, the bathroom door cannot be locked, the location is great, there is no hair dryer in the bathroom.

Bare bone stay for hardcore bag packers. No towels, soap, unisex restroom and showers that don’t lock, and noisy bed. But that’s why it’s cheap. The city makes more off taxes (€5.50) than these folks. In prime location next to grocery stores, shops and restaurants, yet quiet. But the squeaky beds will keep you up.

We booked a four person room with private bathroom. It was very nice for a short stay and value for money. It was in a very good location, we had everything close. Thank you for the amazing hospitality!

I came with a friend of mine and the experience was truly amazing. The atmosphere is so great, you can see they put a lot of thought in the decorations, making sure you enjoy your visit. There's a bar that serves great drinks, breakfast and food throughout the day. The common area has an 8-ball pool table, other games and a kitchen if you feel like cooking. The staff were incredibly helpful, we checked in at 3 AM, completely exhausted and starving and they even helped us order takeaway. The rooms were great - really tidy, with a shower, which you share only with your roomates and every person got their own locker for their stuff. Plus the location is perfect, right in the city center. The balcony had such a nice view, perfect for enjoying a coffee and just chilling. Everything was top-notch, truly an amazing experience. Definitely coming back!

I really can't think of something I didn't like, it was our first time in Barcelona and I'm so happy we chose this place to stay at.
