The staff were extra friendly and courteous. The request for room service was immediately addressed.

Overall , happy with our selection of this hotel and hence nothing we noticed was missing.

What me and my husband liked the most about this hotel was Adrian, the receptionist. He was not only warm and welcoming, but also very willing to help whenever needed: to find amazing local cuisine, when and where to do sightseeing depending on weather and prices, and lots other pieces of advice. The hotel manager must be very proud of him, he is valuable. The hotel is very clean, close to tube station, supermarkets, opposite coffee shops; it was really good value for money. I will come back to it.

Very good location, close to Placa Espanya, 4-5 minutes from Urgell and Rocafort L1 metro line. Staff very friendly and helpfully.

Rooms looked nice and were clean but facilities were quite basic. Nice to have water daily. Breakfast looked nice and fresh.

No temperature control in room so had to have window open and very noisy (take earplugs!) Poor sound insulation and could hear neighbours especially in bathroom. Rubbish toilet paper and shower gel No shampoo and conditioner. Bed very firm and no separate sheet. No eco option for towels.

The location is excellent. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the towels and bed linens are changed regularly. The breakfast is varied and high quality, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

I didn’t like that the only drain in the bathroom is in the bathtub, so when water gets outside, it stays there for hours and the floor remains wet.

All the staff were lovely! The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. Breakfast was yummy. Strong wifi. Location is great- you can find a good and easy connection with Barcelona airport via underground. Fully recommend.

the staff didnt understand english and it led to misunderstandings quite often, also the bathtub was very uncomfortable because it was narrow and you could slip very easily

Everything as expected, comfortable bed, cleanliness, no excess heat in the room, size of the room.

Decor was not my style and a bit dated, but overall this was a minor issue

The room smelled strongly of cleaning chemicals for 24 hours. At night, it was impossible to keep the window open because of loud street noise.Before, I had asked for a quiet room and was told on the reception it would be quiet.After, I went to the reception and asked to change rooms because of the strong smell. The receptionist said that no other rooms were available, which was not true, as I saw many rooms available at the website of booking on the same day.

Good location, easy to get the bus to and from the airport, the bus stop is an 8 min walk away from the hotelHotel was clean and comfortable, and staff were friendly There is a shop over the road for refreshments and lots of local food spots nearby

the only downside was that the room we stayed in only had one plug by the bed, the other single bed had no wall socket to plug my phone in and charge

Very comfortable mattress and pillows.

I would prefer more salads in breakfast and more silence from the cleaning staff.

The rooms are clean and big enough, bed firm and sheets crisp :) the coffee machine and capsules included is great.

The building is new, but the insulation terrible, so the room was s bit chilly for me (january). No thermostat in the room. The walls inside are quite thin, so it can be noisy in the room, if you’re unlucky.Bathroom - quite spacious, but not thought out well - there is a bath/shower combo, where it is really hard to shower, but bath is too small for normal sized adult.

Great location, walking distance into the downtown (2 km) and not far away from the Sants station (2 km / taxi 8 eur)

Just a detail - no ventilation in the WC/bathroom.

Hotel rooms are clean. Staff was really helpful. Hotel located less than 10 minutes walk from train station. Some cafes and restaurants near hote as well

The location is perfect,a short walk from the metro, and having a 24-hour reception made check-in very easy. The place is quiet and peaceful during the Christmas period. I also really enjoyed the small tub in the bathroom; it was a lovely touch for relaxing at the end of the night.

First, the water in the bathtub had a strong smell of chlorine; while this might be due to the local water quality in Barcelona, it did affect the experience. Additionally, the chair in the room had visible stains. Most concerning were the pillows—though they looked clean, they had a distinct sour odor. I personally took them to the reception around 11:00 AM to request a replacement, yet I received no response or action for the whole day or the next day.
