The location of the hotel was great. The staff was helpful and friendly. The size of the room and the amenities were fabulous!

The hotel was super close to the all the main attractions of Barcelona. It felt very safe and the staff were super accommodating - they came to fix our safe late one evening as well as provide us with a kettle. It was clean and the room was spacious.

The Wi-Fi was pretty terrible & the TV worked poorly in the room too. It was difficult to watch any programmes on our own devices.

Fantastic location and great facilities. Clean room, comfortable bed, quiet nights. Although it took us 2 nights to figure out why it was so warm! In the winter there is no Air con...so if you turn the fan up it is hot air!

The issues we had were really with the description. I'm not sure if it's a Booking.com issue or the hotel. 1. The listing said "pay at the property", but we had to pay through a link right away to "secure our room". Not a problem as it was non-refundable (had to ensure Booking had my credit card so it would charge whether we stayed or not) but it was not as expected. 2. The listing says "Double bed or twin bed" (for two people) Booking has a drop-down with these options for your selection before booking. I believed that meant I was choosing what we would get. But I then received a message (after the non-refundable booking was made) that they cannot guarantee what bed we will get. **NOTE I messaged the hotel several times and they confirmed we would in fact have a double bed**3. The listing said "inclusive of taxes" but they did not mean the additional €7.50 per day, per person (tourist tax I think). For a 4 night stay for two people that added a bit more than we bargained for!

Location was good, easy to get to downtown as well as to the tradefair center.

The quality of the facility was not a 4-star hotel. There was a hole in the bath tub, the bath itself has seen better times. The TV was small and very old as well. The mirrors in the elevators were blurry, old, the lights of the buttons in the elevator did not work.Again, I‘m looking at a 4-star-hotel.

The property has some nice charms but it’s definitely feeling old and weathered. Great location, lots of cafes close.

The property needs some tender loving care…it’s showing its age. The hair dryers need to be switched out, can barely muster heat to dry hair. The hotel has more of a ⭐️⭐️⭐️ feel then a 4 star.

I didn't like the mattress because it creaked (it was very noisy)in the morning when they were cleaning the rooms next to us they were banging the vacuum cleaner really hard on the bed and walls. so you just wake up and can't sleep anymore. otherwise it was ok

Breakfast was plentiful and delicious! Loved the scrambled eggs and different Spanish egg preparations, ham, bacon, the fruits, cheeses, bread and pastry. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bathtub was a bit too high and nothing to hold on to stepping out of the shower. This is important for seniors who are short and have balance issues.

We were able to check in early. After a long flight. They did everything they could to make it happen. We were just expecting to do a luggage hold. Breakfast was great. Location was great. We were able to get a taxi whenever we needed. Without a wait. There's a taxi stop on the corner.

The rooms are extremely outdated, floors are plastic or vynil with many signs of wear. really not a good value for money, our romm was on the second florr and suffered fro a lot of outdoor noise all day and most of the night. curtains did no close well so we had to put a hanger with clips to close them , the safe was held together with tape or else it would fall apart. the shower had mold near de ceiling and the glass door support had a lot of rust on it , the bathtub was also damaged. We had 0 wifi in the room and nothing was done to improve to we had to buy simcards to actually be conected on the internet. breakfast not included which for this price should be easy to do. overall NOT a place i would recomend

The a/c was broke and only hot air was coming out, we couldn’t sleep as we had no windows or any way of cooling the room, it was literally a sauna.

The room felt quite worn. There was no lounge or bar, so the only available drink was free coffee. Overall, the price does not match the quality.

We liked so many things- the location is excellent, staff are friendly, our room was big yet homely - and well maintained. The hotel also provide a restaurant list. I was dubious about tbe recommendations but we went to two recommendations and the food was amazing. I'll definitely stay here again.

The wifi signal is not very good, that's the only thing I'd say.
