AC Hotel Sant Cugat

Hotel had large rooms and a king size bed

Some staff were rude and they checked me in before I even arrived. Also, I had several items billed to my room that I did not order. The room was dirty when we checked in. The floor clearly wasn't swept and there was trash on the floor.

Friendly and helpful staff. Closeness to metro station.

Friendly staff, spacious room and excellent breakfast. The bar also serves a very reasonable small dinner option.

Location is a little remote, so a car or taxi are necessities.

The location, It was only a 6 min walk to the train station to go to Barcelona. The swimming pool and the breakfast. The staff was very friendly.

Great staff, reasonable prices. But my bed was uncomfortable. But to be fair - I’m super super difficult to please with a mattress and bedding ?

The property was clean and decent

Slightly further away than we would’ve liked from the city Centre. The worst thing was sometimes that staff were not always welcoming.

Althought the Hotel was a bit far away from central barcelona, we found that staying here was a bit safer in Sant Cugat rather that central barcelona

The pool was good but the pool stairs were not enought till down the water for shorter individuals and one had the stairs not fuctioning as original plan. I had informed the hotel staff when i checked out

We loved the hotel. The people where very friendly. The rooms very clean with good airconditioning and a bath. Big comfy beds. The swimmingpool was very nice. In the restaurant we had a real good pizza and a burger. This was tasteful and not like most hotel food. The train to Barcelona was a little walk (10 minutes) and brings you to the center of Barcelona. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location wasn’t the best when you don’t have a car. Close to the metro station so that’s good but no shops or amenities nearby.

Breakfast lovely. Location was a bit random - in an industrial estate but close to railway station, quiet and very clean. Very enjoyable stay.

Nice pool/ seating area. Clean rooms. Close to train that will take u to Barcelona for 2 euros.

Weird smell in hallways, bathroom is unsealed glass door making it awkward to use the bathroom while someone is in the room

The breakfast was excellent and the location was good.

There was an issue with being charged for three rooms, not two. This had to be resolved by the hotel manager.

Comfortable bed, clean room - ensuite bathroom could have been better

There was a leak from the pipework to the sink. I reported this but it was not repaired. Also we did not like the glass door on the ensuite - the door did not close properly

Guests were super loud. Conversation at 4-5:30 am of an Italian family totally unnecessary. Food at restaurant really not great at the bar. Nice staff

No ability to cast to the TV; we had to watch via our tablets.Sometimes the room’s sound insulation was a little lacking, but still good overall.

The restaurant is not good at all the salmon seemed to be not fresh rather frozen, covered on majonaise, not morbid.
