Staff was very helpful and courtious

Lack of USB outlets. Noise level from the street was a bit loud, but tolerabe.

Breakfast was excellent, and they use Ritual products in the room, which was really nice.

It was really noisy at night, I did not get any sleep. Late-night drinkers are being loud outside, and brawling.. this happened repeatedly through to about 4am.

This Hotel is in an excellent location. The staff were super lovely and kind to me. Breakfast was really good. I can highly recommend.

The staff was attentive and helpful. We received a complimentary bottle for our anniversary.

The rooftop and jacuzzi were not accessible. It's a shame because it still indicates on Booking as having a jaccuzi. Which is why I booked this property exclusively. Also the terrace was not at all like the pictures. Very disappointing

I think due to the location is basically no view from the room or my room was with no view , sofa bed had some damage

Everything was brilliant. I loved the location, the view from my room, the room itself... Although it was not the terrace season, the view from the terrace was amazing. The breakfast and the staff at the restaurant were superb. The room, bathroom, and bed sheets were super clean. The mattress was comfortable.

Convenient location. A clean hotel, cozy and stylish. The staff at the reception, breakfast area, and housekeeping are very friendly and professional.

The location was exceptional because it was on a main street and easy to access by car. Some of the smaller streets in the gothic quarter get backed up and it really adds time to your trip. You were less than 10 minutes from most anything a tourist would want to see and walk to. The room was above average with comfortable beds and complimentary water daily. The breakfast was on the high end of hotel breakfasts and was a little pricey but very nice. A VERY nice touch is that they give you a glass of cava upon arrival and have little snacks or coffee in the lobby whenever you come and go.

Apparently when someone smokes in their room, all the fire alarms in the building go off and that's a shitty way to wake up. The hotel staff appears to know this happens and does nothing about it.

The hotel was near from metro station.It was very clean, stylish and comfortable.Front desk staff was professional!It was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.I would definitely recommend!

The location is amazing, close to main streets and the standard of the hotel is 5 stars!!! The staff is very friendly and willing to assist you. Don’t miss the terrace view!

Great location, great atmosphere.

Some rooms are very well sound-proofed from the noise of the streets, some aren’t.

It’s the little extra touches that makes the stay wonderful. Comfortable, very clean and nice amenities. Excellent location, easy walk to gothic quarter sights, lots of good food nearby, easy to get a taxi or metro. Helpful staff. Loved the lobby lounge area as well. Will definitely return.

Room is a little tight for three with the sofa bed pulled out. But there was still enough space to open a large suitcase.

I like their central location, the amenities, and the friendliness of all the staff.

There is nothing to dislike.
