Modern and.clean with very helpful and friendly staff!

Need to have more than two coffee pods in the room

The location was the best, but overall, everything was perfect: the staff, the room, the breakfast. We would definitely stay there again!!

Excellent services

Location was excellent for a short walk to Las Ramblas. The concierge suggested a brilliant, local restaurant which was excellent. We took a short taxi ride to Sagrada Familia as taxi's are plentiful. The family suite was perfect for a family of 4.

Room size was OK, Bed wasnt king size bed, it was 2 mattresses next to each other...

Gym is too small and you need to book to access to the room..

The location is perfect, close enough to everything important but in a quiet enough part of the city. Rooftop terrace and pool are a big plus!

I think they could do with a refurbishment, some of the furnishings are worn and faulty. Overall aspect is good but at a closer look you would tell it needs a bit more attention to details. And I would expect a superior room to come with complementary coffee and tea but unfortunately everything is charged extra.

Location is excellent, staff are polite and professional.Room is clean and spacious.

Windows are not insulated so room is noisy specially at night. Bed is not very comfortable.

Comfortable rooms. Easy access to Barcelona by foot. I could walk to most places within 15-30 minutes. Perfect!

Fantastic location, staff attentiveness was excellent and rooms were super clean and modern. We were there to celebrate a special occasion and the hotel really helped and made ot special. Reception staff were brilliant an even bought an extension leadto help charge phones before travelling to airport given there were six of us. Aso helped with luggage to taxi. I think also a special mention to the cleaner who really looked after the rooms and seemed to work very long hours whilst we were there.

Cleanliness was not at the expected level. It's acceptable for me, but it's not clean enough for someone with children...

The location was what made us book the place, and it was convenient enough to walk around but also take the bus or train to further places. Check in and check out was also an easy process

We had the do not disturb sign on except for one day as we were running out of conditioner. Housekeeping that came in that day did not refill the conditioner. So we had to call reception for more conditioner. The receptionist had asked us to go down to reception to get it. For a 4 star hotel, I would have expected them to come to the door, rather than for me to go down to them. Usually when I request something from housekeeping, it gets sent to my door. I guess I was just expecting the same from a 4 star hotel? It made me question what makes a hotel 4 stars rather than 3 or less.Also, there was a small section for pastries and water next to the lift. I was helping myself to the pastries one day before getting told off that it was for check in guests only. Firstly, there was no sign. There were just tongs and tissues to use for the pastries and empty glasses and a jug of water for drinks. There was also some kind of champagne I think? But I didn't take much notice of it as I am pregnant so I did not really look at it. But to be told off when there was no sign was a bit much. Also, I wasn't offered any of this when I checked in, so how would people know?The walls also had very poor soundproofing. This was the worst part of our stay which probably made me more annoyed about the aforementioned incidents. Granted, there is not much the hotel can do about soundproofing now, but I am just giving my honest feedback. The first 2 nights we were woken up in the middle of the night by what sounded like a screaming toddler that frankly didn't sound like they were even in the room next door. Obviously, I take pity on the parents and just ignored it as much as I could, but this definitely did annoy me. They must have checked out after that as I didn't hear them anymore. But there was even an incident where someone knocked on someone else's door and we actually opened our door thinking that they were knocking on ours.

Comfortable bed. Good shower pressure. Front desk staff very friendly.

Bathroom set up with glass and sliding screen. Bathroom rather tired. Hotel rather tired. Breakfast was awful.

Beds were moving and the duvet did not have a full casing making it feel a bit dirty. The worst aspect is that the room is not isolated at all from the corridor or close rooms, and you can hear doors opening and closing at all times.
