The location is close to La Rambla, the staff were friendly, the hotel looked nice and clean.

Not much, but the bed was small and I’m not sure the AC was functioning perfectly although I could be wrong and the pillows could be better/more comfortable.

Super good location - the Aerobus stop is right in front of the hotel , so you can easily come to the hotel from the Airport. It is also in the city centre within 20mins walk to the attractions. Helpful staff and facilities are very clean

The Air Conditioning does not work. It only heats up the room. This is very inconvenient in summer. Many other reviews on Google Maps mention this and it is true

I by mistake booked single room instead of double on booking.com for my second night and they refused to upgrade even though room was available saying I need to contact booking.com! In my case, booking.com said it’s in discretion of hotel - the worst part I PAID MORE FOR THE SUNGLE ROOM THAN THE PRIVE SHOWING UP ONKINE FOR DOUBLE ROOM! I was requesting for a double room from the moment I mistakenly booked ( before entering the room) and they still didn’t care to cater my request - all they care is about money. Had this been a case elsewhere - they would have upgraded with no hassle ! I was upgraded before in Madrid with playing extra bucks! I was telling them I’m ready to pay extra they still REFUSED TO UPGRADE ! Weirdos

Great location.Very friendly and helpful staff.Room with a lovely terrace was cosy,clean and comfortable.Delicious breakfast.

This hotel is in an excellent location, easy to the visit city centre on foot. The staff were incredibly friendly and the room was perfectly clean. My only suggestion would be adding a kettle to the room, as I missed being able to make a coffee or tea in the morning. Overall, a great stay!

Very nice hotel, good location (especially when you come from the airport). We walked almost everywhere. They have a lovely staff. The rooms are comfortable. It would be perfect if there was a kettle in the room but they have one in the lobby so not that bad :)

Very little things can be mentioned actually. The beds were on the soft side, so i guess not very comfortable for people with back pain. They also have a nice breakfast, but the eggs/bacon gets cold pretty fast.

Modern hotel, comfortable, nice breakfast, ill go again if visiting Barcelona again.

Weird loud noises (like punching on walls or floor noises) coming from somewhere, but it was just one day.

Only thing I could suggest is a mirror in the bedroom, when the husband was in the bathroom nowhere to do makeup/hair in bedroom with no mirror!

Very kind and nice staff members. Location is on the main road and right in front of the bus stop. Shops near by and center in walking distance.

single room size is a little bit small but it is what it is. Single room is only for short stay.

There was no table in the room - I couldn't work.There was no electric kettle, unfortunately. That was quite uncomfortable.

First of all price for this room I got it at a discount.Location quite good, near many different cafes, food stores and not far to main calling cards of Barcelona. My room was big, clean and warm. The bed was fresh and large. In bathroom I had all toiletries belongings. It was pleasure to stay in this hotel.

Very good location, clean and spacious. Heater was avaliable, all needed facilities, mini bar, free water, room, hall and bathroom was very big. Especially for woman the great option was big sink and shower. Towels clean and nice, covers were thick and warm.

Not enough lights, even with all lights on it was a little bit dark but that wasn't a very big deal. The balcony isn't the balcony you can sit and drink your morning coffee. Balcony is small and allows you only to step outside but who has time to sit on the balcony when the city has so many things to offer

Excellent location! Nice updated design. Rooms were clean and bright, and the terrace offered a splendid view.

The European description of “Double Bed” doesn’t adequately describe the horrible fact that they are pushing two single beds together, with a huge dividing crack down the middle. The bed situation was awful for any couple wanting to snuggle. In addition, they were hard and thin mattresses that might have felt only slightly better than sleeping on a vintage army cot. The hotel experience would’ve been. Five star experience were it not for the awful bedding situation. Please correct this!

The hotel is very clean and the total atmosphere is very nice like you are at home. Personnel was very helpful.The hotel is situated very close to metro station Universidad and 10 min walk to Rambla,15 min to Casa Battlo and Casa Mila and 20 min to Palau.

The location very near from tour location and the bus station exactly front of the hotel gate. Also the Hôtel stuff were so kind and helpful
