Exceptional service particularly from Fernando and Rodriguez.

My ONLY complaint with my room is that there is not a lot of storage for clothes/ luggage. We were staying for a week, having been away for a month so had quite a bit with us. We still managed but would be nice to see a few hooks in the bathroom etc

Gorgeous, modern, renovated hotel tucked away deep in the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona. Staff was lovely, helpful, and attentive. Breakfast was wonderful as was the food from the property’s Michelin starred restaurant.

Great welcome, great shower and shower products, great bed, great free mini bar, great roof terrace, super helpful staff. .

Only thing I can think of is the air conditioning is a bit slow to change temp

Hospitality is an art. It comes from the heart. A feeling like being at home. Smiles and little giggles from staff expressing how happy they are to be able to serve you. They are rewarded by seeing and hearing your satisfaction. Everything to the smallest detail done to perfection. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to visit Barcelona and spend a few nights and break bread in your small luxurious hotel.

The room was very dark. I thought the room rate was extremely high for the room, so not a good value for that reason. Rooftop needs longer hours, and it would be nice to serve food on the roof in addition to drinks.

This hotel is in a great Gothic Quarter location. Our room on the 5th floor was very quiet. It had doors opening to the balcony below like all rooms. The atrium has a wall of plants on one side and it was quiet despite dining below. The Gothic Quarter area is busy, but you would never know it in this quiet hotel.

The customer service was fantastic, all the staff were so helpful, welcoming and polite. We felt very welcomed and especially thanks to Julian who went out of his way to help us. The room was very stylish, clean with lovely touches including a free mini bar. Roof top was lovely and relaxing to have a drink before heading out in the evening. The hotel was peaceful at all times. The area was perfect as walking distance to most sights and the marina. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Amazing hotel. Great location, super close to the marina and walkable to all main central areas. The hotel smells amazing everywhere and is gorgeously plush. Our room was so nice with balconies opening on to the vertical garden and courtyard. The staff cannot do more to help you with the smallest things and are so friendly and welcoming. Love that it’s small so they are able to personalise the experience. The rooftop is PERFECT when it’s sunny as it gets the sun literally all day. As it’s adults only I was able to topless sunbathe. Biggest shout out is to the bed in our room. Best bed we have ever slept in and literally had the best night sleep ever. Can’t recommend this hotel enough!!

Fabulous boutique hotel with great little touches, from the gin making kits in fridges, to cocktails on arrival

The aircon was broken for both our nights there and wasn’t able to be repaired, so we had to have windows open all night, which meant sleep was not so good.

The hotel was gorgeous, super clean, beds were comfortable, staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved staying in the Gothic Quarter, loved the hotel location and we felt very safe.

The standard rooms are very small and the lighting is the hotel is low which is designed this way but i believe having an option is great

We loved how quiet the hotel was even though right in the heart of a city. Bed very comfortable, air con fab and staff super friendly. Breakfast was excellent a lot of food

Nothing!

Location is prime, it has a nice rooftop sun deck, tho no bar there, however they will bring drinks up there if you order them. Also what’s nice it that no random people would end up there and only hotel guests. It’s a small hotel so not very many people there. No kids was perfect, nice and calm vacation. Breakfast is a la carte, i had booked my hotel with it and if you wish to eat at your room then no extra charge will be added. Mini bar is complimentary, however it has one large glass bottle of water, two bottles of local beer and two mini bottles of gin also tonic. They also put fresh lemon and like there plus bucket full of ice every day. I would have liked to have some soft drinks as well like Coke or similar, but it wasn’t hard to buy them from local convenient stores.I would point out that their rooms are very dark and not much light in there even during daylight. So that was disappointing for me.

Im not a huge fan of a la carte breakfast and would prefer buffet more. Although they will prepare and cook everything for you as you wish

Stylish. Comfortable bed and great shutters to block out the light. Nice bathroom. Friendly staff.

Room was surprisingly small - cost per square foot was higher than any I can remember, and I have stayed in some glamorous places. Lighting in the room was too dim to allow you to do much in the room (I read someone else said that and didn’t take it seriously, but - wow, not a lot of fun trying to pack and unpack.) No full length mirror. Hotel only accessible on foot - no problem, but if you’re in a rental car you need to park first then check in. But where? All nearby car parks get awful reviews. There was cryptic mention of “car park for 35 euros” on website but no information was forthcoming on which one they recommended - we hoped they had a good one to suggest. (Why not send an email ahead of time?) We had to proactively call them while en route to find out, but the new member of staff wasn’t sure. They called back with a recommendation, but turned out the one they suggested is not actually currently functional. How did the hotel not know this? It didn’t look like they were making a note when we told them, either, after dragging our luggage from a car park much further away. (To be clear the staff was lovely, but they seemed baffled by the idea that anyone would be driving to Barcelona.) Banging noises from minor construction started in a neighboring room at 9am - just as well we weren’t trying to sleep in. At this price point I expected flawlessness and instead it felt amateurish, like the fever dream of a design student who has not actually done any traveling themselves.
