It was in a convenient location close to metro and walkable to all the shops

The only thing was our restroom did have a slight sewer smell at times but nothing unbearable

The location and the breakfast

My breakfast was supposed to be included and it was not. As a sober traveler I also asked that the mini bar be removed and that also was not the case.

The staff were amazing and helpful. It was definitely a hotel I would recommend to others. Having doors held open, suggestions and assistance from the staff was refreshing. They were warm and welcoming as soon as we got there.

I did not like that there was an additional 16 euro charge/tax at the end of our stay. I don't remember that being indicated on our reservation so it was a bit of a surprise.

This hotel is top tier. Dressed up, friendly staff. High end features. Free champagne at check in. Great bar and deck on roof with plunge pool. 2 blks. to La Rambla. I loved it.

No workout facilities would be my only complaint but you walk for miles in Barcelona.

The knowledgeable staff and friendly atmosphere. They all seemed very happy that I was there. That feels good on a vacation. Location was good for walking to most sights. Less than a mile from nearly everything.

Hotel was nearly perfect. Great layouts. The one flaw would be the bathroom set up. It’s a glass was with the bed directly on the other side. Not too great if you have to use the toilet while your girlfriend/boyfriend is right there. Haha! Otherwise gre

The room was so small I had to put my suitcase on the bed to open it. It was supposed to be a double room but it wasn’t even sufficient as a single room. The staff was argumentative and unfriendly.

Location is amazing. I love H10 brand in general!Dramatic entrance in a renovated historical building! Lovely staff! Nice view from rooftop!

Sad to say that this hotel is not accessible friendly. I love the dramatic staircase entrance but it does not welcome people who are disabled or elderly. Yes, there is a special side entrance that is accessible, but it is very unattractive & makes you feel like a 3rd class citizen. One should NOT have to feel “less welcome” if you happen to have an injury, wheelchair or elderly. Also there was no “close to elevator “ option for us because we booked the least expensive room. However I think accommodations could have been made for us to be closer than the furthest room from the elevator! Staff was very pleasant. I had such a great experience with H10 Madison & Cubik so I stayed loyal to H10 but the accessibility issue made me rethink the brand..

our room faced the street and it was extremely noisy because a bus stop was outside our window. There were literally dozens of people congregated and speaking loudly on the sidewalk until 1:00 AM.
