The staff were so helpful! We got there way before check in, but they held our bags and prioritized our room to be cleaned. The front desk staff also helped us find a great place for breakfast and get tickets for a tour that day.

The "speakeasy" restaurant was not good.

We enjoyed our stay very much — very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful and clean rooms, delicious breakfasts, and a great location with most of the prominent places in a very close proximity. Thanks a lot for a very pleasant stay!

The hotel was in a great location but, our room was not great. Felt like we were in a basement with no light since we were on the ground floor at the back. Not a great room. Location is great though.

Ground floor rooms feel claustrophobic.

Enjoyed the location (right beside Casa Batllo, Passeig de Gracia, Placa de Catalunya) and right beside the train station.

Wish there was a workout room.

location excellent & near everything. no need for any transportation to move from place-to-place, staff amazing, comfy & cleaneverything was perfect even when i want to change my room location, they did the best.vibes are very positive.

Location, location is perfect everything is around you. Underground station, coffee shops and restaurants, shops and supermarket. Even the tourist bus stop. Whatever you need is 1minute walk.Friendly staff, safe place and they have rooftop restaurant/bar. Rooms are clean, if you are into romantic lights the room is what you are looking for. For me it was dark.

Staffs are so friendly and helpful. We encountered some very serious issue during our visit in Barcelona and Esther who didn’t hesitated to help us. I can’t thank you enough we appreciate everything you’ve done. I wished you all the best! God bless.

I love everything about this property

The bed was comfortable and the location was great. The hallway wallpaper was really cool.

The shower leaked into the tiny bathroom, and definitely moldy. One bottle of water to share. Coffee pods (if you could make as there was not enough water), we €1 each? Huh? It def lacked amenities. We had to catch a 7 am cab and thought maybe the hotel would have coffee in the lobby? No such luck. Perhaps later in the morning? The barre was set high with a neighboring hotel that we recently stayed in, so it is difficult not to compare-for the same price, hands down the other (around the corner) hotel was so much friendlier; better amenities; bigger rooms; and beautifully designed.

Very comfortable bed, linens of good quality and enough room to be comfortable. The breakfast exceeded all expectations with a great variety of good tasting, nutritious selections. Location was superb to walk to many well known destinations. The staff shine brightly here; they made the stay much more enjoyable. Positive, professional and very helpful.

Not much to criticize.

Great location - literally around the corner from Casa Batllo and Metro station. Walk 20 mins to Sagrada Familia, Gothic Quarter etc. Rooms beautifully decorated, daily servicing and excellent staff. They arranged streaming services for us and late checkout.Great tapas bars nearby (Madrid Barcelona across the road a must).High end shopping area and safe at night.

The room is very small and the sink outside the toilet and it is overpriced

The LOCATION is the best!! Renfe train to/from the airport, Metro train from Passeig de Gracia right outside the hotel with the first thing we saw was Casa Battlo, being across the street from VINITUS Madrid- Barcelona had the best tapas ever, and central to all attractions were key to a great experience.

My husband and I could not think of anything we disliked.

Everything to be honest. Location is hard to match. Got a nice rooms in the first floor, away from the noises from the street. It was designed for people with disabilities but to be honest I appreciated the silence at night, being in a noisy intersection.

Nothing to be honest. The staff was extra friendly and customer service oriented. Maybe the cleaning was an area of improvement. I saw a stain on the floor on the first day, which reminded for the length of my stay.
