One of the front desk staff checked me in and out and feel he can use some training. He was kind but didn?t seem to know his job. Everything else was great.

Location and check in process

Shampoo and soap dispensers were empty, but when we called to request more, they were delivered within minutes.

Great location, friendly staff, nice large and clean room.

The restaurant and bar ran out of items we wanted, but the bartender up at the pool level took great care of us. There wasn't much room for lounge sitting etc. Overall, the hotel was great for what we needed and wanted.

Location and a very helpful staff. Breakfast was to pricey for the offerings. Bed was very good. Nice large bath towels.

Price value point was a bit high.

What we didn¿t like was booking a room with 2 beds, (actually we booked one with a queen and bunk beds) on your site. When we checked in the only room they had was a double so we had to share a bed then move rooms the next day- only to find it was 2 twi

After 1st shower, noticed water in tub was not draining properly. Told front staff the problem but after 6 days of stay, never got fixed.

Location, friendly staff, the room was big and always clean, but, the location could be a bit better. the hotel restaurant is excellent for breakfast and dinner (did not have lunch there). The pool is a BIG PLUS after a day n humid hot Barcelona!

The hotel location was the best! Within walking distance to so many restaurants, museums, attractions, shopping. We loved the IPhone that the hotel provided. It was so useful for getting around in Barcelona. The staff there was also so great.

It was located a little over 1 mile from the bus stop for transport to the port. Due to the taxi strike, all other car services ceased operations. We were fortunate to be close enough to walk to the bus transport.

Very underwhelming. Too expensive. Some of the staff were not friendly. Did not feel welcome upon arrival. Area of town was not appealing.

Location and several staff members were outstanding. 'Hotel employee were exceptional with service! The hotel restaurant was great! Both for food and service. And.....they give a 10% discount for staying at the hotel. Try it, you will like it!

Bathtub was slippery. Need to be careful when showering. Otherwise, great room and experience.

The staff was accommodating, the room was always cleaned in a timely manner. The location was great.

Very Minor complaints, but not enough storage space in the bathroom. Also, the Makeup mirror in the bathroom was way too high. No good place to do makeup.

The food and drinks were overpriced. You can get the same at several locations within a block at half the price.
