This hotel was very good. It was affordable, and the location was awesome. We were in walking distance of many of the main attractions (a 45 min walk from Sagrada Familia), and the area was lovely. Breakfast was modest, but pleasant. The service was great

Our hotel room was small, but not unusually so for European hotels. There was not much room for our luggage, but they did have a nice closet and a safe where we could keep our passports. Despite being small, the room was very comfortable.

It is a very good location.

The room is very small. The bed is short and not comfortable. It is very noisy when the other rooms close and open the doors. It located in the centre so people went out, came back late and talked loudly in the hall. We waked up many times because of that

Didn’t like anything. I had to leave it was horribly smelly

I was extremely disappointed with my experience. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was shocked by the condition of the property. There was a strong, unpleasant smell, and the overall environment was unclean and unwelcoming. I had to leave immediately, as it was completely unacceptable. This establishment does not meet even the basic standards of a motel, let alone those of a 3-star hotel.

It’s a dump , molded curtains , and do not stay here my friends . Skip this place !

The shower was plugged up slow water . I sent emails about it first day . I exolinedcserms like cleaning crew would have noticed water was slow to go down . Got excuses things like this happens just like my home. I arrived late first day in the morning I noticed that there was mold on the curtains like maybe room had flooded or something . I did take pictures sent a message to booking.com to property they didn’t even care to respond that the curtains were molded on the bottom . I did send an email to bookings.com and complaint to by pillow still no responses. This is 4 days later and decided to write this review. Do not steal here . It’s outdated and no commutation to the cold complaint as of yesterday or apology or refunded partial discount. Do not stay here it’s a dump.

Budget hotel with clean, comfortable rooms.

Very close to the Ramblas. Extremely crowded area - tourists, teens, vagrants, police - a little too much going on.

Unfortunately, my spouse and I stayed at this hotel for four days, and apart from its good location in the historic Gothic Quarter, there were no positive aspects.After transferring the payment in advance as requested by email, we found out that the hotel parking was a public parking lot about 20 minutes away. This meant carrying our luggage for nearly one kilometer to reach the hotel.

Although breakfast was included, there was no restaurant. Each morning, guests were given a paper at reception and allowed to choose only one fixed item, with no flexibility. Even requesting extra toast was refused. The same limited breakfast was served every day.Regarding cleanliness, the room had a strong smell of dampness throughout our stay. There were no slippers provided, housekeeping was careless, and small trash items remained in the room. Bedding was only straightened, not changed.

Great location

The room was cold, but at the same time there was a lot of moisture. There was mold on the curtains.

Location was perfect few meters to Liceu metro station, rooms were spacious and clean , perfect stay and would book again for my next visit

The location is very good, they put some effort into the colorful interior design, the fact that they had luggage storage was very useful, the check-in and check-out went very smoothly

The room was a little bit rundown and had a strong persistent smell of mold. Although the breakfast is varied, you have to choose from some limited options on a piece of paper, and then they prepare you a plate; which not always matches what you had chosen.

Great location in the Gothic Quarter, right by Boqueria Market. Room was comfortable, price was affordable for the area, and the staff was great, even arranging a taxi for our early departure and having a breakfast packed for us to go. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Barcelona!

No balcony, wi dow open to other building

Location was top. Cafe and front desk area looked good. Wash rooms and showers clean and functional Coffee and tea supplied in room.

Sink partially clogged. Room is very small. Corridors dark and narrow. All windows on back court facing other building windows, so no natural lights. Reception requested to have manually credit card details (still not sure for reasons, despite paying the stay with my credit card) obviously refused but we agreed they will charge 100€ and give back at the check out (not sure if this is applied on all guests). While checkout crew didn’t have money to pay the 100€ and had to contact the boss who confirmed it will be payed back to the card.
