One young man at reception was super friendly and helpful. The junior suite was great, with outdoor space. We had 3 rooms, all were good size. Nice getting complimentary water every day, and bottle of cava upon arrival. Lounge with coffee/tea a plus.

Housekeeping a little inconsistent. Couldn't find bar soap after first day and it was not replaced. Drains in sinks and tubs were all closed, couldn't figure out how to open, so just took out, and that's how they remained. Only got turndown 1/3 nights.

Perfect location, very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful hotel, great breakfast and clean and stylish room. Very Nice!!!

Amazing location. Really nice clean room. The staff was incredible but especially Paulina… she was AMAZING!! She takes a real interest in the guests and she and the rest of the staff are so friendly and helpful. It was a really amazing experience.

Service and location are top. We love coming here. As a local that grew up in Barcelona, now leaving abroad, I love coming back to this hotel. Walking distance to the best part of the city. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Location 10/10 - in the heart of Passeig de GraciaRoom 10/10 - super large, comfy and with a great outside space. Breakfast 10/10 - delicious and well served

Staff really messed up (sad to say, but I have to). Cleaning and maintenance staff made so much noise every day early in the morning. I had to come out of my room to check what was going on (and some staff person was yelling (yes, yelling) at a maid who was cleaning the room close to mine). Had to call frontdesk and make a complaint. Hotel supervisor reached us to apologize, reason why we gave a good score to the property (otherwise it would be 2 or 3, despite all the “pros” of the property).

Staff was lovely. Breakfast excellent, room beautiful.

Our drain flooded but the staff attended to the problem immediately.

Fantastic location, which transforms the experience, being so central to all important places in BCN (without mentioning the countless branded shops and restaurants). Top notch luxury and so damn comfortable! Air conditioning was extra cool! Good beds, the extra bed for kiddo being nice also. What really deserves credit is the lovely, highly devoted and ultra professional staff (reception, breakfast, cleaning). You are showing an example of hospitality for the world to experience and up for others to follow!!For those who have a car, a parking in front is so easily accessible and with discount available.

Credit card reservation for non refundable options not possible, they need to send a link for us to pay, could be a little hassle (which can be forgotten)

Location is great

Old. Reception guy who checked me in- rather not mention name , was rude and loud. However there was a lady receptionist was really kind.The room was too old and smelled musty. Bathroom was ok. The wood inside the room was old and damged

Fun, contemporary boutique hotel in the heart of Passeig de Gracia. Hotel staff warm and welcoming. Nice buffet breakfast included. Large, nicely appointed rooms with floor to ceiling views of Barcelona’s liveliest district.

Beautiful property recently remodeled. The staff of the bed and a breakfast were excellent. My main issue was that the walls are thin, and you can pretty much here the people above, and to the sides, most of the night. If you’re a light sleeper, this maybe difficult.

The place is very clean, with a fantastic view and close to all major attractions. But what truly made our stay a 10/

The property was in a convenient location

The property smelled of sewer gas, the cleaners left the window open and bugs came in

Fantastic location, right in the Centre and can walk everywhere, train station about 20 metres away and also has a taxi stand right outside which made it easy. The staff are lovely, friendly and very helpful. Little treats on check in like ice lollies and water. They also gave us a cute jar of sweets when we left. Room is well equipped with tea and coffee facilities and mini bar items were also included.

There is no better spot in the town of Barcelona, with a balcony and sunbeds on the Exaimple one is in paradise.

Airco was a little noisy during the night
