I liked the shops are near and u can see the mountains. And it was quiet.

The was so many buildings around and couldn’t see much from the balcony.

Lovely stay in Barcelona, walking distance to everything, staff really helpful. Room was cleaned regularly bedding & towels.

- The location is convenient, with many restaurants and shops around. - The breakfast is very good with a large variety of food, and the staff cleaned tables and refilled food promptly.

- We booked two rooms and one of the rooms had a broken sink which did not drain water at all, since the faucet was installed without a matching stopper. When we asked to be moved to a different room, the front desk staff seemed to already be aware of the issue and immediately responded saying "the hotel is fully booked” and “it will cost extra 15 euro for an upgraded room”, or otherwise "we will get maintenance to fix it tomorrow". This seemed unreasonable since the sink was entirely unusable, and they should not have assigned this room in the first place if the issue was already known. We only got moved to another non-upgraded room after speaking with a different staff member later. - The management and facilities could use improvement. - We found there were stains on the sheets and towels, multiple hairs in the shower, ants in the bathroom, and the shampoo/body wash pumps were loose on the wall. Also, the shower drained very slowly leading your feet to be in puddle. - One of the elevators was broken and the other had long delays. - The main lights in the hallway of one our rooms would occasionally flicker on and then go dark again. - There were no signs of attempt to repair the elevator or hallway lights during our stay. - Cleaning staff parked the towel/cleaning cart in the hallway (when they were not actively cleaning any rooms), which blocked off half of the hallway and it is a fire hazard.Based on other reviews, this hotel has had issues with elevators for a long time. We are also not the only customers who were unfairly asked to pay an extra charge for a different room or received unclean rooms.

Excellent location near the subway station. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Good value for the money if you want to stay in the city proper.

An ‘inner courtyard view’ means you overlook the corridor and have no natural light at all. Why bother putting a window in if you can never even open the curtains? I found the lack of daylight oppressive. If we’d been staying more than 2 nights it would have been a problem.

Lack of lighting at the corridors and common areas, makes it difficult to see your way to the room after exiting from liftWindow has no view

Great location. About 30 minutes walk to Sagrada Familia. Near a lot of shops, bars, and restaurants.

Cristina was so helpful in reserving our taxis to some of our destinations. She also had good suggestions on the best places to eat in the area. We really enjoyed the tapas & sangria!

The elevator it made a noise

The location is excellent and the facilities are kept up very well.

Since the floor is all carpeted, it needs to be cleaned more thoroughly. When we arrived, we saw a few spots missing during the prearrival cleaning, nothing mayor but small details count.

Change our booking with short...

It changed our reservation to another hotel. Although the new hotel location is much more convenient, it asked us to pay 300 euros more which I think it's too much.

Hotel is on excellent position, breakfast is tasty and fresh. Service is great.

The breakfast selection and freshness was very good. The servers were pleasant. The location was excellent. It was easy to walk vector use public transport. We felt safe in that neighbourhood ( our previous hotel was near Ramblas, were I was robbed

As mentioned above. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. They were spongy soft with no support. The pillows were too big and firm in comparison. Ever was very clean though.
