Very clean, close proximity to everything and very helpful staff.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm, professional service and attention to detail. Check-in was quick and seamless, which set the tone for a stress-free stay.The room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with high-quality linens. I especially appreciated the small touches — complimentary bottled water, quality toiletries, and plenty of charging outlets conveniently located near the bed and desk.The hotel’s amenities were good The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious options to suit different tastes. The common areas were beautifully maintained, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere throughout the property.Location-wise, the hotel was perfectly situated — close enough to major attractions and dining options, yet quiet enough to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep.What stood out, however, good customer service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful, and genuinely committed to making guests feel comfortable.I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great hospitality.

Professional, clean, very helpful and friendy staff

The location of the hotel and airport bus stop 10 mins walk. Staff attentive, especially thank you to staff member Lala who allowed us to check into our room early when we went to drop off our bags. After an early morning flight this was much appreciated. Check out at 12 is a good bonus. A great variety buffet of hot / cold choices at breakfast is on offer.

While water is for sale in mini bar fridge, it would be nice touch to offer complimentary bottle on arrival to drink/ make coffee in room.

Bedding needs some upgrade

The staff is super friendly and helpful. They are very nice, even though they seemed to be under pressure by the number of guests. The location of the hotel is amazing. Everything is in walking-distance, and almost all public transport is quite easily reachable. The breakfast is overall quite good. The food is always fresh, and for the hotel of that size the menu is really nice.

It seems to me that the hotel is dropping its quality. I have been coming here for several years now. The rooms are in worse condition each time. This time I think we got one of the worse rooms. The beads are really outdated and should be changed, at least the matress. The heating didn't work so it was really cold in the rooms, or without air. The ceiling light is falling apart. A bit disappointed.

Great location and very good breakfast.The reception operates 24 hours a day, and the staff were very professional and able to support any request.I was traveling for work, and having such supportive staff was very important.

This was our second stay at Grupotel Gran Via 678, and once again it was excellent. The hotel is consistently clean, comfortable, and very well located.Breakfast was delicious, with great variety and quality. Special thanks go to the reception team and all the staff, everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, making the stay feel truly welcoming.I will happily return again and highly recommend this hotel.
