- Breakfast ends too early
- 1.The room was never cleaned for the three nights I stayed2.The room size is very small3.I was charged 22Euros extra which I was not aware off4.Breakfast was the same for the days I stayed
- Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing mainly because there was no hot water. It also became clear that the hot water system is shared and not per room, which caused ongoing problems. What made the situation worse was being told that management was aware of the issue but did not seem concerned about fixing it. I want to be clear that the employees themselves were polite and tried to help, but they appeared limited by a lack of support or action from their boss. Considering the amount of money paid for the stay, basic services like reliable hot water should not be an issue. Overall, the experience did not reflect the price charged.

Great location close to the Metro Station, great views from the room. The place is squeaky clean
Beds were a little uncomfortable but it’s perfect for just one night. Rooms are very small (expected) and walls are very thin, I could hear the guests next room laughing and taking and moving stuffs after quiet hours
The location was nice
There was no warm water in one evening and lots of noise
The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. It is perfectly situated with excellent transport connections, making it very easy to get around the city. Many major attractions are within walking distance, which is a huge plus. The hotel offers breakfast, which is convenient and a nice way to start the day. Coffee and tea were available in the kitchen 24/7.The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help, making our stay comfortable and pleasant.
the bed was not comfortable and not all breakfast items were available every day (when the hotel was less busy, the breakfast selection was more limited)
Located in city center, great for walking around the city.
Very cramped breakfast area… Very limited food selection for those who don't eat pork….
Location was incredible, we didn't realize it was so close to the metro. Everything was a 15/20 minute walk away, and you get to see beautiful views as you walk. The room was incredible too, we had a little balcony that made the experience incredible for us.
We got locked out of the building because we didn't know we had to officially check in, and there was barely ever anyone at the desk in order to check in. It all got sorted out though, we just called their info center and they temporarily unlocked the doors for us until we could check in the next day.
Very good location and clean.
Building access, noisy guests and poor breakfast.

Very kind personal. Clean room and hotel is very close to the city center, what is big advantage.
The room was airy enough for two people. Spacious bathroom. When i got to my room, everything was fresh and clean. It was very impressive to feel everything so fresh. At check out, they allowed me to leave my luggage with them until 5pm. Since i needed to charge my phone they allowed me to stay a few more minutes for that and they also served me a coffee. I highly recommend it, because it is 2 minutes from Casa Batllo, it makes everything around useful as proximity, luxury shops and food shops or restaurants.

this was a very basic and very small room with a bed and a shower. It would be most suitable for one person but is cramped for two. It was clean and had a nice buffet to enjoy each morning that we were here. It is a good place to simply clean up and sleep is in a great location to explore the beautiful city of Barcelona.
It is very small and cramped.
Good Location, easy access and connection to public transport.
A mini fridge would be great.
The beds were uncomfortable, the noise was unbearable from outside traffic to staff cleaners doing the washing. It’s classed as a hotel in the website but more like a hostel.
Everything. The breakfast room was tiny and awful options. Not worth the money
Location was perfect. The room was very clean and the stuff was kind.
I would preferred the room to be a little more spacious.
Very clean, good breakfast, nice staff
The beds could be a little bit more comfortable.
The only positive thing in the hotel is nice people working in reception
Very difficult to find Ugly old building with the smell of mold in the elevator. Ugly rooms, almost no light inside. All beds have covers. This isn’t safe in terms of hygieneI didn’t like the idea of having a common kitchen for all the guests. Breakfast is very poor and it starts very late (8:30) This is more like hostel rather than hotel In the end we had to leave the hotel and lose money.
The staff were niceLocation was great
It's dirty, and even when they clean it, they only make the bed and slightly clean the bathroom It smells like urine for some reason, and the smell won't go away even with cleaning The elevator for the first few steps is out of order. They are only a few steps but I had to carry my suitcase and it was difficult The room was very small. I didn't even have space to comfortably open my suitcase and had to rearrange the room to make it better The beds are uncomfortable, and I often wake up during the night The walls are paper thin, and I could hear everything from the room next to me. Conversations, phones alarms, and even when they plug something in the socket The safe is very outdated with an old key, and the safe itself is not bolted down or fixed in place, which makes it unsafe The hair dryer had a missing piece and either dirt or mould on it The breakfast they offer is sad
