Pros +

Convenient Location, Pleasant, helpful staff, clean and comfortable
Location the room itself
very roomy, with two bedrooms and two baths and a pull out sofa bed. just a few blocks away from sagrada familia. The metro is just across the street and requires just one transfer for the metro to the airpot. THis is a must booked hotel

Cons -

Entry & checkin via computer was long/complicated. Hotel needs to warn guests. we were told a sofa would be replaced from 8-11 am. We returned 1pm & it was only 1/2 done-dirty sheets on floor. This was our splurge hotel & we were very disappointed.
Don't have pool or public areas, clean service only if you pay more than 4 nights
