The frig we couldn?t use the door blocked access. The air conditioner wasn?t on and we couldn?t figure out how to use it.

Location fantastic. Staff fantastic. Modernized. Updated. Buffet unbelievable. a real find.

Size of room, but was as expected for an older, well located hotel in Europe. We loved the hotel!

I think the hotel needs to consider a top to bottom cleaning. I am sensitive specifically to mold. I think the air circulation in the hotel and rooms may be poor. The buffet sounds like a great idea but some food is moldy and fruit is not ripe or spoiled.

The location was excellent - close to several metro stations, and walking distance to lots of good places to eat. The snack buffet was convenient, especially the available water dispenser. Beds were comfortable.

It is an older hotel, so it did have a musty smell and was a bit dark (our room had no window looking outside, just to an interior courtyard, so there was no natural light).

How am I going to answer this question if when I arrived at the hotel, around 2 AM on the May 10th my reservation was not in their system. That way, I couldn`t stay because there was no reservation.

I just hated everything. I had to go out into the city of Barcelona in the middle of the night looking for another place to stay. It was a traumatic experience. In addition, I spent twice as much on hosting than I imagined.

The fact that it's by the Ramblas and everything is nearby,also taxis are right outside the hotel ready to drive you places for a decent fee.

Hotel was in a great location. The 24 hour food buffet was amazing. Staff was so personable and went out of their way to be helpful. Free internet and computers for guests, they even printed out our boarding passes for us.

Excellent location!!! Nice staff. Great architecture, as it's in a very old, opulent building. The 24 hour buffet was also very convenient and nice to have.

The drawers in the room are made from plastic tubs. Very cheap and poor quality! I see no reason why they don't have real furniture, even antique furniture given how readily available and affordable antique furniture is in Barcelona.

Bathroom has hair..long dark..Definitely not oursToilet a little bit dirty outside.. I cleaned it and no big deal.. Just check Bathroom cleaning before each guest

Awesome staff and who were all willing to help. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the 24-Hour buffet (albeit small) was included in the price of their accommodations. This allowed great flexibility to my family and friends… and the Hotel served as a Hub for gathering! Great job! Great value.

The rooms are sufficiently comfortable, but both the room and the bathroom are here a little small if compared to common hotel floor plans in America. Because this hotel was in Spain, smaller rooms and accommodations where expected to be smaller.

Smoking outside tables smoke drifting into breakfast rooms and lobby. Breakfast buffet was ok but 24hr buffet was not good, didn't want to get food poisoning. Need to improve.

What a cool hotel. Right next to everything, very helpful staff, rooms were comfortable and unique, and the 24hr buffet was great, never experienced one of those ever.
