The staff, from the manager/host/hostess to cleaning staff, everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional.

The walls were a bit thin, but nothing major.

the location is perfect, everything is available. bus and metro very close, as well as many attractions. we took 2 rooms in the penthouse, 6th floor, pedestrian terraces, rooms decorated in Gaudí style. the bathroom is large. we checked out at noon and they kept our bags locked until 8 pm

The hotel is perfectly located in Eixample, a very safe and comfortable neighborhood in Barcelona. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The rooms were great - very clean and comfortable with AC which is a must in the Barcelona summer. The beds were super comfortable (firm mattresses). Great value, great location, I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Barcelona. By the way, I was traveling with my wife and three small kids (7, 4, and 4) so we rented a three-bedroom apartment room which was perfect for our family.

My only suggestion would be a little more design in the rooms. The hotel is very minimalist, so the rooms are mostly painted white with limited pictures or design on the walls, but I would 100% stay here again.

The location is great if you enjoy shopping ?. Nice view from the window and very comfortable beds. Even though it’s in a quite busy district, it was peaceful with no additional noise from outside.

The room was quite small for 4 people, but for 1-2 nights, it's okay.

Receptionist was friendly and room was clean, when we asked for the glasses they gave it. Some visitors asked about better way to discover the city and receptionist helped them.

We left the umbrella in the room, but receptionist didn't want to help us.

I really appreciated the property’s central location, which made it easy and convenient to explore Barcelona. The room was clean, comfortable, and appeared to have been recently renovated, so I felt very at ease there. I also really liked the small balcony with a lovely view — it created a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.

Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected my experience.First, right before checking out, the door to my room got jammed and I couldn’t open it for quite some time, which caused a lot of stress. It seemed like there might be a problem with the hinges or alignment.The more serious issue was that I accidentally left my ring in the shower. I clearly remember placing it inside the shower while getting ready. As soon as I left the hotel and got into the taxi, I realized it and immediately sent a message through Booking, asking the property to keep it safe. I also asked a friend who lives in Barcelona to go to the hotel and pick it up. Unfortunately, the hotel never replied to my messages, and when my friend called and later arrived, he was told that nothing had been found. The ring was very valuable to me, and it was upsetting that there was no proper assistance or follow-up from the property.Lastly, after making the booking, I started receiving suspicious messages from unknown (mostly Indian) numbers asking me to “confirm my reservation” through external links and websites, requesting my card details. I had already paid for the booking directly through Booking, so I found these messages concerning. They stated that no charges would be made, but it was unclear why I would need to re-enter card information if my stay had already been confirmed. I don’t know where those details could have been sourced from, but it was a very uncomfortable experience.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They have a connected breakfast/coffee spot that’s convenient and delicious.

Bathrooms are a bit small, if I had to pick something.

Location is key here. Just one block to Casa Mila and you have everything you need in the vicinity.

I was given a room on the 1/F and the window/door could not be closed properly. I went back to the front desk and asked the staff to help me close it. He tried it with force but still the window/door was not closed. I asked for a change of room due to security reasons and I was given another room on 2/F which was much better (at least the window/door could be closed properly - the rooms are facing a busy street so you need to close the window/door in order to get a good night sleep). The interior of the room is quite a run-down but if you are only here for a couple of nights and just need the hotel room to sleep, then it is ok.

Close to restaurants and the metro.

House keeping was bad. They made the bed but took our towels and didn’t leave new ones and did not take our old coffee cups.i had to go back and forth to the front desk.

Everything was fine

It’s a great place in a great central location and with that no noise at all.We stayed there for 1 night only but the stuff was so friendly they let us store our luggage from 9am and because we arrived with small children very early they arranged us very early check in and we can rest. We can say enough of how they were friendly to assist us.

The stay was disappointing. The walls were very thin — you could clearly hear noise from other rooms and from the hallway at night. The cleanliness of the room could have been better. On top of that, there were huge bugs in the bathroom, which was really unpleasant.
