Hotel Best 4 Barcelona

It is located near the beach.

It was not clean. Hair was everywhere...in our bed, on towels, on the floor and in the shower. We also had bugs/roaches.

Great location, helpful staff.

The elevator was very noisy.

This is a modern hotel that is close to the beach and the metro station. Staff were friendly and room was quite large.

The hotel was average for the amount it cost to stay there. There were a few niggly little issues that let the hotel down, such as the shower room door that wouldn't close and a spare toilet roll wasn't provided. It always seemed noisy outside at night.

The hotel was clean and spacious and it had WiFi which was a must for us traveling abroad without a data plan. The location was good if you were going to the beach but a bit of a walk to all the major "sites". Taxis were easy to get in the area though.

The beds were a little uncomfortable. We got the double room which ended up being something like two twins pushed together to make a queen but with a pretty discernible "crack" between them.

The hotel is beautiful and comfortable. It is very close to the beach in a safe part of the city.

The showers don't have a basin or an edge in which to catch water, so it splashes onto the smooth bathroom tile and makes the floor very slippery. It looks modern, but is potentially dangerous; I almost slipped several times.

Location

Very nice hotel! Good location near the sea and close to city center. Tasty food! Breakfast has a lot of fruits, local foods, good coffee. Dinner was very tasty! With menu of 4-5 meals to choose for starter, main course and dessert!

Location is very close to the beach.They have blackout curtains.They give plenty of items and toiletries in case you forgot your own.Front desk staff is lovely and very helpful, always smiling and cracking jokes.The rooms are very clean and the ladies that clean the rooms are also very nice.There's a gym in case you ate too much paella.

The internet is really bad. I had to use data the whole week because I couldn't do anything on their wifi. Breakfast is the same every day and everything is cold. The fruit juices are artificial tasting and the pastries/dessert area was quite bad.Breakfast staff seemed always stressed hence they weren't very friendly. Also a couple days we waited a long time before anyone spoke to us and until we were able to sit at a table.Bed sheets had holes in them.Bathroom door doesn't close properly and there's no toilet brush.I didn't think the hotel lived up to its 4 star rating. It was more of a 3 star for me.

room was clean, facility is nice.

The room was available when we were there early, but the upcharging us was rude. Unnecessary. Dinner was an ok meal, the staff was very hard working, she had no other help but no complaints and was kind. Breaakfast was great!

Good room, it was not the cleanest of them all, but we had a comfy night.

Some things were a bit off, a little stain here and there, but nothing that would put us off sleeping there.

The location, rather close to metro, 5 miutes to La Barceloneta, the hotel facility, the personal, everything was great! but it would have been even better if the hotel also had a pool :-)

I liked everything about this Hotel. Well located near to the beach and restaurants. If you walk a lot, like me, tourists attractions feel really close.Neighborhood felt pretty chill and safe.Staff was friendly and helpful.I would like to give special thanks and recognition to Jenny, the waitress who worked at the Restaurant during dinners, she was great and kind. Her attention towards us and other guests was outstanding.

Clean enough, staff was super nice. They have a nice breakfast variety. Close to the beach. The beds are nice and firm. They can schedule a taxi for pick up.

Floors were kind of messy, rooms need an update but I would still stay there again.

Excellent staff with really friendly approach. Super location and really good breakfast. Market and metro station nearby as well as station for Turiistic City Tour Bus .Really honest recommendation .Thank you everyone!!

The location

The air condition were not working and when there was black out the generator did not kick in . Not much option for dinner and there was only one staff serving. I felt for her and totally get it why she seemed unhappy

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. I enjoyed a lot breakfasts. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The big advantage is the distance to the sea.

Extremely helpful staff did make experience more peasant, clear invoicing and great help in taxi ordering in busy hours.

Very shabby interior, my door looked like someone was trying to break in. However, I suppose offers are as they are in Barcelona for that price level.

Location away from the middle of the city.Just a few minutes walk to the beach Comfortable beds.Very clean room and in room refrigerator. Staff were excellent and let us check in early with my disabled Dad. Little shop opposite the front of the hotel Varied breakfast lots of choice

Windows not double glazed as could hear noise outside all night. Air con doesn’t work - well certainly not the heating mode.Bathroom poorly designed with a metal doorstop in front of the toilet which my Dad stumped his toe on and I got caught on. Could do with a grab rail in bath/shower for safety.
