It was cute, comfy, clean, modern and great location. Fantastic chocolate covered donut holes. Big tv and king size bed. Loved it. Huge towels and great water pressure.

The location is amazing

The absolute lack of staff. I got another room at NH Collection at the same day l. Very different experience for almost the same price.

The room was very clean and we had everything we needed… coffee station, TV, comfortable beds and pillows and AC.

The shower didn’t have any privacy as it was open and others could see you get out and in from the shower.

Room was great. Large and comfortable. Good mid town location and no issues with getting to and from (vehicles). Also has a lift if youre lugging bags!Staff were nice, luggage storage good also.Most comfortable beds on our trip

Excellent location, close to everything with many cafés and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and the service was brilliant.

The sofa bed for the 3rd and 4th guests was uncomfortable and difficult to sleep on, though the main bed was perfectly fine.

the bedroom for 4 people was very good. The pictures of the room is not too accurate

i like it all. the staff was so good and you can easily communicate with them. they will help you with whatever you want

Everything, it ‘s neat, spacious, close proximity to everything . Very welcoming staff and helpful

Nice spacious room equipped with everything you need including a fridge and coffee station. Our room was cleaned every day and the Sir at reception was friendly and helpful. The location is also brilliant as it was close to many main attractions and restaurants. Definitely well worth the money.

That the toilet was with glass bathrooms so farting was not very private

Location was excellent. Walking distance to main area. Easily accessible for bus to airport and bus tours. Room was clean and comfortable. The free lockers were a bonus for storing luggage after check out.

Great location, comfortable beds, incredible shower. Having the luggage storage easily available was convenient.

The online check in process was frustrating.

Clean and central to everything

Since we were assigned to the first floor, it was like living in a basement. Makes me claustrophobic.

Excellent location near the old city centre, walking distance to major attractions, restaurants and bars. Good value for all of this as well.

Didn't like the lack of A/C control. The room was very hot and uncomfortable. Could not open the windows cause of loud noise.
