The staff was so kind. I made a mistake making the reservation and yet the staff was so graceful. They couldn't fulfill an extra night but were patient for us to return as soon as possible to check out. Wonderful staff and care.

The property is in a great location - 10-15 min walk from a number of great neighbourhoods! The staff are wonderful; very warm and welcoming. The breakfast was very good. We were offered a bottle of champagne when we arrived that was surprisingly included in our booking. The washrooms have been recently updated, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The walls were a little thin. We got a big discount for booking last minute and one from booking.com and it was still a bit expensive for what we got. I’m not sure I would have been as happy with my stay if I’d paid full price.

Breakfast was delicious with a great staff to serve you. The outside courtyard was beautiful as were the architectural details in apartment-stained glass.

The elevator is very old and small but staff was helpful

We enjoyed our stay very much- breakfast was terrific, the people were great , the neighborhood was wonderful with so many shops and cafes and excellent places to go, and a 15 minute walk to most of the popular destinations (like the Sagrada Familia)

Nothing you could have done about the noise of the nightly garbage collection!

The location was good walking distance to Arc of the triomphe and to some known shopping store brands. Aldi is also a few blocks away?

Our check in was 15min late. It should’ve been a big deal for me but I was with my children and it was a hot day. We arrive morning 10am at the hotel and I understand that we cant check in until its time 3pm but They could have been on time At least to allow us to check in.

Only stayed one night before our early flight out. Close to metro and bus stop. About a 15 minute walk from North Bus station. Super stylish building and interior. Just keep going up the steps you will find check-in on the 3rd floor. Room was very large. We were leaving before breakfast so Travis set us up with some yogurt and croissants that were in the refrigerator for us in the morning. He also set us up with a taxi for the airport in the morning at our requested time. Lovely terrace that we were only able to use for a short time in the morning. Really great service and care from the staff.. Definitely would have stayed longer and would stay again.

My sister and I stayed here during our Barcelona trip and we loved it! The bed was comfy, the shower was great and we really enjoyed the little balcony and breakfast garden! Staff was helpful and all spoke English - they also offer to make you eggs in the morning. Honestly, for how affordable it was, we really enjoyed this room, it gave us an authentic Barcelona feel.

OK, these are nit-picky but some things to know: Finding the hotel was a bit odd. When you enter the address you need to walk up 2 flights of stairs and there's a paper sign on one of the doors. If it's locked you need to call them for check-in. Also, you're in a bustling city and it's an old building with thin walls - they give you earplugs so I was fine, but some people might not like the noise. Lastly, I hated the lighting. Again, that was nit picky, but the lighting in the room and bathroom was either too bright or too dim and it was hard to do makeup in. Lastly, location was just OK - some sites were within a 15 min walk, some things we took a taxi for.

The location is perfect. The staff is nice and friendly. My room had a cozy balcony :)

The shower leaked a bit, but it didn’t bother me so I haven’t told to the receptionist. It was a bit loud at night in the street (noise from cars etc but there were free earplugs so it was okay :)

The staff is really kind, property is close (like you can walk by) many attractions of the city, it's really chic, the only downside are thin walls, you can hear when someone is using water system..

The man at the reception could have been better. Other workers they are good. Room is clean and breakfast is wonderfull.
