The best of the hotel is the location.

The room of 8 guests smell really bad.

Location was brilliant.

The bathroom. But for the location and price, it's a hostel. You can't expect too much.

Everything is ok. It's just in front of the beach. Internet is good. There are a bar on the hotel. Restaurants near. Safety and clean.

Cleaning service should be always after check out.

Location

The environment, bathroom. Shower door was broken and the shower water pressure was too high and hard.

Curtains for privacy. And separate bed light and drawer.

Shower area censored light was very annoying.

The stuff were so nice and welcoming and the hostel have so many facilities and really clean , also the location it’s just perfect

Clean facilities close to the transport networks bus metro the beach on your doorstep coffee shop for breakfast

Very loud in the room. People constantly coming in and out through the night and someone with a radio on the whole night. When I told them to turn it off because it was 3am they didn't

During my stay, I unfortunately experienced a theft in my room. However, the reception staff immediately contacted the police and did what they could to assist me, which I appreciate.I advise travelers to be cautious and not leave cash in shared rooms, but I acknowledge the staff’s quick response during the incident.

I like the curtains that give you privacy, location, wifi.

Some staff are not very nice.

Location of the hostel was just where I needed to be, next to the beach very comfortable bed and the shower was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Very bad behaviour of the staff.Rude.

The hostel is located in an incredible location right on the beach where you step out and can see the water, public transport is nearby, and there are endless food options. The hostel has an attached restaurant that has great food for a good price. The beds were clean and the privacy was great when the curtain was closed. The individual light and power outlet were convenient, and there was minimal noise if you move around in the bunk beds.

When we arrived at 10:30, check in took about 30 minutes, and there were no keys left to give us to the room which delayed our check in further. There was often no one at the front desk, and you could just walk in to the hostel towards the rooms without any security. The door to the hostel was not closed between the restaurant and the hostel, so anyone could walk in. When we left our things in the luggage room, the door was left wide open, along with the door to the hostel itself, so anyone could have grabbed our things. The rooms were a little stuffy with no air circulation, and there was no way to open a window. Our roommates, 4 men, were loud and came home late on Saturday, and proceeded to talk for another 45 minutes at full volume, as well as first thing in the morning. The bathroom did not contain a mirror, and there was water damage on the walls of the room.

It has a nice atmosphere very close to the beach but also to the city centre.

It has no kitchen facilities of any kind;the staff can be a bit abrupt and bureaucratish sometimes,not always pleasant.

Most of the Staff are unfriendly they charge me 30 % of a day as i checked out at 11:30 am ,as they wanted check out at 11 am, and i took permission from one staff for that,but the other staff charged me and speaks with me unfriendly

I liked that the bed sheets were clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful

The hygiene could improve and the sink in our dorm got clogged, those are things you should improve.

Hostel is definitely value for money. It is clean - the gentleman came everyday to clean the room and the shower and toilet area leaving it smelling fresh and nice. He was also very friendly and respectful. The bed linen was clean. Overall, I loved my stay.

As a solo traveler I really appreciated the opportunity to stay in a female-only dorm. The hostel is practically at the beach so it was very cool.

Unfortunately I had to take cold showers both nights I stayed, I don't know whether there was a piping problem or my dorm mates had used up all the hot water.
