Accessible from bus stop and subway station.

Kitchen: should have more utensils, the sponge for dish cleaning needs to be changed more frequently. Showers required pushing the knob every few moments which was a little annoying

Cheap, lockable locker, comfortable, reasonable transport links (but see below).

It's on a *mountain*. There's a limited number of reasonable transport options, mainly to the east, and they need to be clear about them to visitors. Otherwise you need rope and pitons. The shower blicks need work, quantity and quality.

Location

There were hygiene issues, and most of the guests were much older (40+). As a young traveler, I was hoping to share this experience with people closer to my age.

Was a great hostel! Nice kitchen area, beautiful balcony to talk with others, and plenty of spots to study or work! Close enough to shops but not very central so takes a while to get there. Staff are super nice and the place is clean asf! Beds were clean and everything you need

Old socks and underwear around my bed and under the locker. Kitchen was messy. Location was up a tall hill out of the city.

The staff, they were honest and transparent and showed understanding to our needs as customers.

I would not say I didn't like but I would say that it will improve the quality of the stay and it will help them to let their own customers to recommend friend to come the hostel:1) There should be clear instructions for where to dry the clothes and clean them.2) If the property manager includes breakfast then the number of customers will increase. 3) I believe a locker should be included to the lugage.( They give one because they understood the situation and they were kind).

The room, bed bunk set up is great! Would love to bench mark everything I had in that room for mine in Jersey City :-) So I can become a hostal myself in booking . com as well. This is a great place to stay for backpackers traveling around the world with affordable prices.

The fridge was full of stuff in the kitchen, I'm certain that more than 20% of the food belongs to people no longer in the rooms :( I stay for a week and could not find a place to put some of mine in it. That's unacceptable, specially if all that food belongs to staff of the hotel. They were working on remodeling and giving maintenance to the place all day long, since I arrived and until the day I left. Seriously?! Please, you can't not keep the place open if you have to do all that maintenance. It should be coordinated better. Hire more workers 5 times more that instead of spending all day long bothering the hosts because it was bothering everybody, that noise and smell of fixing stuff :( very unfortunate. The machines in the front, were not working 80% of them, the ones that provide coffee and hot food like pizza and so on, that was a complete turn off. So much maintenance and what about the bending machines? Come on!!!!!

The location is great, very close to the bus stop. Shahzad at the reception is a really nice and helpful guy—he speaks Arabic, English, Spanish, and Pakistani. Also, the lady Jahan was very kind and professional.

It’s amazing view and amazing staff even it’s when I was check in time his owner visit the hotel and they very warm welcome to me it’s very pleasure for me I was stay there with amazing people

Personnel was very open for communication and keen to help. They were cleaning a lot, which helped a little bit. There are dedicated workstations with a power socket, but don't expect a professional environment. The wifi is reliable. The view is awesome.

General: the generic state of the property is "to be renovated". Beware: they plan to renovate while keeping the place running. The whole hostel didn't have a single place that wasn't dark, stinky, noisy, cold or the combination of these.Location: nice view, but on a hill and very far from everything else. There is a bus line, but it can be complicated to get back at night. Room: 6 beds in a small room, without heating. There is an air conditioner in the room, but without a remote. If you have a snoring person in the room, you are screwed. Bed: 185cm long bunker beds with a privacy curtain that helps with keeping the heat in. Relatively comfortable.

The kitchen is a disaster. Appliances barely work, are broken, half broken or about to break. Not sufficient utensils, no towels or paper towels, also no good atmosphere there. It´s in a very hilly area, so not suited at all for anyone with difficulty climbing or moving. it´s about a 15 minute walk uphill from any of the nearest metro stations. Are is quiet, closest eateries are 10 minute walk minimum, downhill. Beaches and city center are around 30 mins away with walking + public transport.

fee is fair, good location, the stuff are friendly and its good to have kitchen to cook by yourself.

The place is clean, the staff are very kind and when you ask them about something they do their best to sort it out. Whenever I will get the chance for sure I will book my stay there. Highly recommended
