I would like the rooms have iron and small fridge

The staff was mire than willing to help with anything they could.

The hotel did not have an iron available for ironing clothes. Also, we thought the price of the breakfast was too expensive.

The location is very close to subway station which is convenient to get around the attractions. Also, the hotel room is very clean and quite spacious. Staff are warm and helpful.

Breakfast cafe can be upgraded and change different variety of food everyday.

A very nice hotel with excellent facilities and helpful, friendly staff. We slept very well in a comfortable bed and had a nice shower early in the morning. Although the location is somewhat outside the centre, there are various transportation options via bus or metro very close by.

The hotel does not provide parking. The public garage about 350 m from the hotel is very small and the fit is tight for larger cars. In any case reserve a parking space ahead if you will need one.

Ahmed at the front desk was very helpful. They even let me pay at check out which was unusual but appreciated. Honestly for the price i payed, I couldn’t be happier. Especially the location, 5 min walk to the Fontana metro station which is 1 stop from Diagonal which is the main hub for metros. 1 Metro and you can get to anywhere in the city and walk around. Amazing vibes.

There could have been more items in the room, like a toothbrush, slippers.

Close to the metro, and access to so many attractions. The room had a single bed, which was all I needed. Breakfast was very good. Sparkling, still or hot water available 24/7, and to fill water bottles (and they sold reusable water bottles!). Staff were very helpful in their suggestions of great places to eat.

The staff may not have been responsible, but I asked them to call a taxi, and when it arrived, the driver charged me for the time of travel to reach the hotel.

Nice location and cute rooms. There’s a very loud noise due to some construction.

The room was noisy, I assume it is old systems as I could hear the water refill toilets during the night as well as the news room air con being used. Sound proofing needs improving or update systems

The hotel is very well located, clean, modern, free coffee as well from 11am, can't beat that!

The pillows

The room was small but had all the necessary items. Doesn't have a fridge, but the rest was pretty good. Location is very nice; it's not in the middle of chaos but close enough to the center, with bus stops and train stations super close. View was a nice detail and heavy curtains if you need total darkness to rest.Breakfast was complete and varied, and coffee for free all day. Very clean room and spaces. People offer a very kind treatment

They are remodeling some areas, so during the day, it was impossible to take a nap or focus on work; The noise lasted till 6 pm. I wished to be notified from the beginning.

Very close to the metro station Gracia and Fontana, nice and quiet neighbourhood. The front desk staff is very polite and ready to help.

location is just outside of the center with good bus connectionssupermarket near byonly one tiny elevator serving the entire hotel guests.

staff was late everyday in cleaning the room so we would come back around 16:00 to rest a bit and the room would still be not serviced and no clean towels.
