Location was great, next to the Opera Metro station

    Furnitures, need to be modernised

It was cold and a bit dated. Good location. Needs more blankets in winter time.

Super convenient location, just off La Rambla. Plenty of eating options just a moment's stroll from the property. Room was basic, but as expected. Breakfast was great, nice coffee machine to help yourself, and a continental style food offering.

Strong smell in the room, couldn't work out if it was paint or mothballs.

    8LeePosted on: 2-16-2026

Great location, close to the Metro and walking distance to La Rambla. Fantastic value for money and would definitely use this hotel again.

The breakfast was very basic but acceptable. The coffee however, was abysmal.

Great location, very central in the city. Staff are very helpful and nice. Rooms were clean and have all necessities. Courtyard with all the plants is also very nice.

Nothing really. Seen some reviews complaining about the rooms but wasn't an issue for us. They are slighlty dated but still absolutely fine for the price.

Great location lovely middle section to sit and admire the building

Breakfast was not good at all.

    8ParthPosted on: 2-9-2026

    The location was amazing

There was no proper insulation in the room. No hair dryer or heaters was provided inside the room, although we can get dryer after making a security deposit. There were no shampoo or shower gel, or dental kit. They seve few items in breakfast which amis cold one..Building structure is very old. But there is one point which covers all its flaws that is the location and yes they have an elevator too..But still bit pricey in terms of facilities they are providing.

I liked the staff a lot - amazing people, very helpful and thoughtful.

Very small rooms, it was easier to go over the bed rather than around, not enough space between the wall and the bed, about 30 cm. No toiletries, except 3 tiny bars of soap. No sound proof at all, I could hear the neighbor snoring:)

    Location

No water pressure in the morning- cannot take a shower. Water accumulates and stays in the bath tub for more than 30m after shower. No vegetables at breakfast

    Nothing. Appalling.

I paid 200 euros for a room, that would normally be a quarter of that, because of demand during the ISE conference. My windows didn’t close and opened onto the main landing, so it’s totally unsafe. I left and asked for my money back and they point blank refused! The elevator is also a death trap!

    4AlmilaPosted on: 2-2-2026

    not as expected

A bad smell was coming from the bathroom. the air-conditioning was poor and the bed is not comfortable

    10RebecaPosted on: 1-27-2026

The property was very very clean and in close proximity of the main atractions ( we didn’t use any transportation because was very close to everything).

I don’t have anything to add because all was great. Was very clean, the breakfast was very good and fresh and the staff was very helpful and kind. When I’ll visit Barcelona again, here I will book my stay for sure!

The balconies on the inside with the little courtyard. The cleanliness. The staff - especially Yaseen. Super friendly, helpful and gave me safety tips as a solo female traveller.

The hotel was great and had all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable and the staff were amazing. The rooms are basic, but that matches what you’re paying for — it’s a decent price for staying right in the heart of the city centre. The photos clearly show what to expect. The building is dated, but cosy.We travel a lot and usually keep hotels simple since we’re out sightseeing most of the day, so this was perfect for us. The location was excellent, with lots of food places nearby, and both the Picasso Museum and La Rambla within walking distance. There was also plenty of halal food around, which was a big plus for us.We went with kids and there was a lift to get to our room, which made things much easier.Would highly recommend.

Everything was great. Just some constructive advice:Please keep the cheese in a separate plate from the meats and confirm if it’s a vegetarian cheese at breakfast

    Good Location ,nice reception staff

Poor primitive room without anything and Poor breakfast, even coffee machine was broken ,served late on 8:00 AM ,doesn’t worth the money paid

    3HowardPosted on: 1-20-2026

Was really too basic, heat did not work, no one could fix it

    6AmyPosted on: 1-19-2026

    Friendly staff available 24/7

Pictures were misleading. I didn’t see any spaces that looked like the images.
