Great location to walk to Barcelona attractions. Easy access and checkout.

Difficult to find.

Location was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice atmosphere. Well kept.

Really cute boutique hotel. Staff gave us amazing recommendations for sight seeing. Room was so cute. Nice balcony and very comfortable bed.

Very different...cool, centrally located but not too pricey.

the room was just slightly on the small size....not enough room to open and keep open two full size suitcases. had we been staying long enough to unpack though, there was enough room to do that.

Location was good - close to multiple train lines and easily to get around. Could walk to many of the city's tourist attractions, but were still in a quiet neighborhood. The staff was great and gave us a free drink upon check-in and personalized tips.

No fridges in the rooms, we were not given a key to the safe on check-in. Location was a little far from the beach

Nice location, clean studio, loved the patio.

No sound isolation what so ever, you can hear everything in the corridor and the room next door.

- The location is absolutely perfect — very central, full of energy and small local businesses, yet quiet and relaxing at night. Everything is super accessible by public transport and surrounded by great food options.- Check-in was super smooth and modern through their website, and the team was always available and responsive whenever we needed something.- Our room was spacious, cozy, and really comfortable.

That said, the bathroom could really use some maintenance. The shower had a slight smell and was hard to ventilate. The grout between the tiles was quite dark, which gave it a bit of a dirty feel, and one of the shower seals was missing between tow enclosures - so water splashed out every time we showered. The mirror was also rusty and could easily be replaced. As the shower is right by the entrance, it gave a less pleasant first impression to an otherwise very good room.

Great location, close to metro station

Not very clean, especially under the beds. Bathroom door in bad condition. Pictures on Booking didn’t match room.

The room is very is spacious, clean, perfect for a couple of nights.

I didn’t know there were 2 buildings and had some trouble finding my room.

Great location

Pinpad stopped working, was a hurdle to get into the room. I stepped a cockroach in the bedroom the third night out of four, imagine trying to sleep when you know bugs are roaming around your bed. Breakfast was a disaster on day one… it’s not a good idea to make a lettuce sandwich at 3am for people to eat it several hours latter, bread gets all wet.

Location and balcony

Rooms are very noisy, you can hear everything above you (we requested a top floor, but that request was not acknowledged). We were given one towel per person. There is no housekeeping during your stay. Room smelt like sewer. Closet space was very minimal. We paid for breakfast for each day of our stay and only received it on the last day. I still have not received a refund for one of the days of breakfast and communicating with the staff is a headache. Luggage storage was not available when we arrived as the lockers were occupied with old breakfast boxes. Very disappointing.

Really easy check in.The baggage lockers were a really great touch - takes the stress away of finding somewhere to leave my stuff. The complimentary drinks was great.Even had a hairdryer!!

I don’t know much about the prices in Barcelona but it did feel a little steep for what you are getting.

Amazing location, everything is new and clean. Very chic interior.

Loved the balcony and the free supplies in the kitchen. The style of this place is rustic and real which represents the district of Eixample well and the brunch spot directly under is a real bonus!

Beautiful old building with nice interior design.

The walls are extremely thin. Every conversation in the neighbouring room can be heard with details. So take very good earplugs if you'd prefer to sleep or focus.

The location is superb, the room is beautiful. The common areas are quite big. We especially love the balcony!

All the facilities is there but the shower did not drained well. After 3 nights it was quite messy and dirty a bit. It’ll be nice if we were given some cleaning tools like brooms or any possibility to change the bathroom mat.

The location was great, and the bed was the most comfortable we stayed on the entire trip! Check-in was easy, and the restaurant downstairs was actually very good -- we ate breakfast there twice!

Horrible stench coming from bathroom pipes, this accommodation is not fit for living.Absolutely no response from the staff until 48hours later, i was stuck in this room, with literal smells of human feces reeking from the bathroom. Im honestly at loss of words. Numa wrote to me 24hrs to offre 20% pff a future booking. Needless to say im never returning to a Numa property in my life, and will be avoiding Booking as much as possible.As a frequent business traveler i cant afford these malfunctions

Some type of refund is expected

I love the neighbourhood and the flat. I didn't know about breakfast which maybe is my miss but a shameThe lowlight of the stay is how thin the walls are. Every night all night I heard people noises. Last night even a man snoring was heard through the wallsMy sleep quality according to my smart watch was extremely poor- I believe a lifetime low. I have had to attend 10 meetings a day, 15 hour days since Monday and I am absolutely exhausted from the poor sleep/For more than 1,000 per night some kind of financial compensation needs to be made.
