Very clean, comfortable and great location. The rooms are very nice looking and the balcony is a nice touch. I extended my stay here because I liked it so much and would definitely return.

A pleasant few days at Chi Hotel with excellent service and professional staff. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast. The location is close to everything—Mercadona, good coffee on every corner, and great food as well. I highly recommend this hotel!

Loved the place. Location was great. It felt centrally located for what we wanted to do. We enjoyed walking everywhere.

We would have appreciated a hot water kettle in the room and also the availability of coffee in the room or lobby.

The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient. I also forgot my jacket there, and the staff kept it safe for more than a month until I was able to get it back. I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism. Highly recommended!

The price was quite high for just one night! 160€ without breakfast. I felt it was expensive compared to what was offered

Great location! Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was perfect/comfortable and hotel had everything we needed. My daughter and her friend stayed at this hotel a month earlier and had a wonderful experience as well.

The place is very well located with metro stations and bus stops within les than 5 min. The are itself is very lively with lots of good restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel is modern, with a very nice design choice, kind staff and great for any kind of traveler.

I enjoyed the breakfast and find it tasty. But I would have liked some veggies on the side

The room is larger than I expected. The location is amazing, really close to a metro station. It's also easy to get to some tourist locations by foot.

If there is anything I didn't like, is the lack of cushions or more pillows on the bed. The pillow is small and that moment of leaning on the bed to use your cell phone is not at all relaxing.

For a 3-star hotel, I rate it highly. The location is great, not exactly dead-center but right outside a major metro station. Gran Via has any store you might need.The room was nice, nothing extraordinary. Not many amenities to comment on - again, it's a 3-star hotel. Interactions with the staff were pleasant, especially the night shift that catered ( or at least tried to ) to different requests.Cleaning staff did a great job.It's really good value for money if you take into account similarly located hotels during high season.

The twin beds ( only available option when booking ) weren't that comfortable and were always moving ( on wheels ). The pillows were mediocre as well.The bathroom amenities (toiletries, etc ) were lacking and the blow dryer was subpar.The pool... Well, I'm not sure that it can be registered as a pool in most countries ( depth/size ), but it was OK for a small sun/water break if you didn't have time to go to the beach.

The staff only recommended tourist spots. We love to go where the locals go (restaurants, bars, etc)

Beautiful and modern, very nice staff, great location, rooms were very clean and the air conditioning was amazing. Loved it so much we cancelled our other hotel in Barcelona to stay here again.

Pillow were very uncomfortable

Location was fantastic , property was modernized, great working AC in room, friendly staff, room looked like the pictures online. Free water in the mini Bar. Regular housekeeping daily.

1. The pool area left much to be desired. Umbrellas / shade / piped in music would go a long way. 2. It’s not listed anywhere under their policies- but no visitors allowed unless they’re registered to your room. I had two friends staying down the street, asked them to meet me at Chi while I finished getting ready and it was a big deal. They had to leave by 11pm , I needed to register them on the room. I was very embarrassed . The reasoning was that if something were to happen to me it would fall on the girl working the front desk. As a grown woman I dont think it shouldn’t be any of the hotel’s business who I host in a room I paid for, barring noise complaints. It’s not a Hostel.

The location was great. The room and bathroom were clean. The staff is pleasant.

The vent didn't work in the bathroom. The bed was just OK, the only pillow was very uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on a large book. My friend had a headache, so she put a cold coke can under the back of her neck. She said that was more comfortable to sleep on than the pillow.The pool closes way too early, at 8 pm.
