The room was a bit small and cramped for the price point and star level.

Check in was a breeze, and staff on all 3 shifts were terrific assistance to us in learning about the area, restaurants, bank, etc. Alway helpful, even opening the elevator door when we went up carrying something. Always a smile on their face.

Nothing in our unexpected extended stay was an issue. Always helpful. Will be back.

It was a very nice hotel. We hot in late so not a lot of interaction with the staff bit they were nice at the front desk.

Very good, to improve the doors on the top floor had a little gap, so you could hear the movement make by the wind

All was good, I would like a harder mattress but that is a personal preference

Had a problem with the card at the time of check in but the manager was super corporative and understanding till the payment came through on the third day off my stay

Did not realize that the room rate doubled on the third and fourth day of my stay as at the time of booking it shows a consolidated rate over the period of stay - therefore not worth the rate looking at the facilities available within the roomin particular and hotel in general - plus there was no full fledged restaurant to dine in for lunch or dinner only room service

The hotel offers spacious rooms with well-equipped bathrooms and an amazing breakfast featuring a variety of sweet and savoury options. The location provides some solutions for a quick meal at lunch and/or dinner.

The room was quite dark.Despite some of my colleagues receiving welcome gifts, my colleagues and I didn't, and when we asked at the desk, they responded that it was only for some rooms.Very expensive for the area.

I guess maybe if breakfast was included that would be cool but not a big deal. There are places right next door to go to if needed.

Great location, it's in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood,there is a metro station within walking distance from the hotel as well as lots of shops and restaurants.Clean and spacious room,nice and friendly staff. Exceptional service and hospitality which made me enjoy my stay to the fullest. Would definitely visit you again!

Modern, tastefully decorated room, good size, in a residential area of Barcelona. Good breakfast. A little outdoor patio where you can eat too. If you want to be away from all the tourist madness, and when a quiet spot, then this is a good location. L3 metro line about 4 mins walk away. Also a restaurant with outdoor seating with just Spanish customers when I went for dinner is 1 min walk away, and a nice little line of local shops - bakery, butchers, corner shop etc. Much more authentic experience than in tourist land. Also the value for money given the quality of the hotel, room and breakfast, was much higher then in the central tourist spots.

As there are not so many metro lines in Barcelona and thus not as good coverage as e.g. London or Paris, you are much more limited where you can get to quickly via metro from the location of this hotel. It you want somewhere on the L3 (so the main tourist spots of Bari Gotic etc.), then it's fine. However if you want to get to some of the restaurants in Eixample, it would take much longer. I decided to walk to one I was invited to - 40 mins (as it would have been 45 mins by metro and all underground on a beautiful summer evening...). This is not a criticism at all of the hotel, just to advise other travellers about the location. Just check out where you want to go in Barcelona and if the L3 and connecting lines match your needs. There are buses too which I didn't try.

The location is excellent, quite close to shops such as El Corte Ingles. It was also close to a supermarket and a subway station (metro Maria Cristina). The room was comfortable and a good value for the money. The breakfast was fine.

The price was a bit expensive for what they provided. Breakfast started straight at 7 AM and could have more variety. No lunch or dinner available except if you ordered through the mobile- however, they never showed up with the meal. They could provide more information to help the guests as well.

Reception staff were so cooperative

No service/ helper with laggege, although they have a lot prochours for Barcelona activities and events the were kept in drawer un noticed Also the bed & and below were not clean I had to bring my own bed sheet to use

It’s too noisy. Walls are thin and I could here a guy next door snoring all night. Plus when they clean the rooms they make a lot of noise and I woke up

Chambre impeccable , lit grand , situation top

Staff were all very friendly and helpful

A/C was not working due to routine maintenance between transition from heating to cooling. However manager arranged satisfactory compensation.Breakfast quality and range was also not what I expect from a 4 start rated hotel.

Nice hotel in a quiet neighbourhood, close to metro and good restaurants. Very good value for money.

Provide water refill, friendly employees, close to the metro/bus station, breakfast is nice and fresh
