It was pretty clean and the lobby looked nice.

The staff was rude and didnt understand English. The bed was old and uncomfortable. The toilet was inches from the wall. No coffee or tea was provided.

The window was connected to the hallway and there was no proper closure with shutters or anything else, so a lot of light came inside. Also, throughout the whole night there was a lot of noise until very late people didn’t keep quiet and no one asked them to.

Value for money. Cleanliness.

Did not have lotion or basic bathroom amenities, loud! Lights from the outside were too bright.

The property was overall clean, the location was perfect and the staff was very helpful.

The only thing not clean was the air vent, it was filled with dust and they did not have toilet brush.

There was significant noise from cars during the night, making it difficult to sleep. The TV did not work properly during our stay. For a booking of 3 people over 5 nights, only two small soaps were provided, which is not sufficient. Overall, this did not meet basic accommodation expectations.

Nothing sex toys left in the room was electrocuted and was noisy all night Booking.com I’ve said that because the hotel has not responded there’s nothing they can do absolute waste of money and ruining the trip

Absolutely everything was told to email got no response was asked to move rooms or have a clean room again absolutely nothing use lube bottles and other equipment in the room plugs hanging out. Do not use this hotel.

Front desk was extremely helpful. Room was basic, but clean and comfortable. Not as convenient to historic area as we had thought. Within walking distance to some good restaurants.

Very hospitable breakfast was delightful. Facility was safe. They helped us get around and understand how to get on and off bus.

It was a bit out of town we had to travel by bus to get into town. However, it felt safe and didn't have all the rush that would have been in town.

The staff were very kind and helpful, and we really appreciated their attitude.The location of the accommodation was also excellent — several main attractions were within walking distance, which made our trip much easier and more enjoyable.

Unfortunately, there were several aspects we were not satisfied with.The cleanliness of the accommodation was below expectations. The room only had a bricked-up window, which we had not been informed about in advance. Because the room could not be ventilated, there was visible mold on the bathroom ceiling. Additionally, there was a thick layer of dust on the rustic walls inside the room.

The location was perfect, the room was very good it had 2 floors so it was perfect for a family!

The Chinese man at the reception was rude, the other one was so polite and helpful!

Disappointing

loudy, you could hear everything when window was open. ladies did not clean the room after first day, we got only new towels, but bed wasnt done, guys at reception did tell us about wifi and in the room there was no info about wifi, so we needed to go back and ask for password, air condition was not there
