Hotel excelente custo benefício, bem localizado, próximos a duas estações de metrô linha L que liga a toda cidade. Funcionários muito educados, limpeza boa, ótima ficha do banheiro, ar condiciona silencioso , digital e fácil de regular temperatura

Café da manhã com poucas opções se comparado aos hotéis no Brasil, mas comparado com hotel EUA, este é muito melhor

It?s a little far from the main touristic area but metro is about 10 minutes walk

It was clean, and very good value of money. For the price we paid the room and the location are pretty great

The bed was a bit small.

The room was very comfortable, modern, and clean. The shower was an added luxury; it was nothing like a typical European shower. AC and heating worked very well and was easy to control. The staff was very helpful as well.

The neighborhood was close to the metro station but did not have many options for restaurants or other amenities. The walls were also very thin, you could hear most things the neighbors were doing.

Love my room location. The view of the window was an indoor garden, beautiful!

Maybe availability of hotel slippers for travelling guests and some toiletries like brush.

I felt the front desk staff could have been more welcoming. They don’t even greet you when you arrive. However, “Ilona” was outstanding in her friendliness and helpful with any questions I had. I also enjoyed the small pool, coffee station and sweet treats after touring around all day.

A good hotel with pleasant staff and a lovely courtyard with a relaxation area. The pool area may be a little small, but you won't need it because there are many attractions within walking distance. I was impressed by the hotel, and the huge bonus is that it has its own car park, which is comfortable for large cars.

Friendly staff, clean rooms with a nice design, and a pleasant atmosphere at the hotel.

Everything, rooftop very intimate and chill. Staff very professional and polite. Smiles pretty honest. For the compact size of everything, it's the most I've seen.

Pretty fast getting dusty on objects/furniture. In the room. It is maybe a bit hard to handle the nr of light switches.

Umm it had a patio?

Staff receptionist (older woman with glasses and hair pulled up) was rude and had a terrible attitude to non-Spanish speaking guests. I witnessed it first hand with myself and others when they checked in. Interesting how only certain people were offered champagne on arrival or recommended any attractions nearby, for a first time visitor and my very first stay in Spain, highly disappointing. There are SO many better options. Don’t waste your money or time.

The hotel rooms are very nice decorated, the bathrooms and the rooms equipped with many luxury fixtures .

It was very noisy sometimes, when cleaning was started. Sounds like somebody moved the furniture

Is not a 4 star hotel for sure! Bad and pillows quality very bad, no amenities to worth a 4 stars. Breakfast was a nightmare, the 2 staff were making noise and not caring about any guest. Food was good. In the room the worst quality coffee and not even an extra towelfor your shower.
