- A/C was set not lower than 25 celcius. I couldn't control A/C by myself. It's quite hot when the outside is over 30 Celcius. They charged addtional city tax about $4.90 per person not per night for 2 occupancy which was not stated when I made reservation

Definitely not 4 star. We stayed at better 3 star hotels on this trip. Overall the hotel isn't bad, but in a 4 star hotel I would expect plumbing to be in great working order, here it was not the case.
