Comfortable bed , basic breakfast somehow good for the price

I was dissapointed with the bed sheets they were stained and i even found hair , after asking twice at the reception to clean the room they finally did it, some members at the staff werent very polite.

Cleaning lady who yells 9 am in the morning(everyday),you can barely fit 1 person in the bed(way too small),prices are way to high to give service like this.Terrible…

Location was great, close to metro station, walking distance to Sagrada Famillia, Lockers available to drop bags and explore before check in. Staff friendly, room very clean.

Room was very small (not uncommon in Europe) a crazy small nightstand table. Very Sparse.

Location to la Sagrada Familia. Also front desk personnel very nice. Also Maria in the breakfast room outstanding. Thanks Maria

The location was good, the staff was good! I was kinda worried it was going to be worse based on reviews. The room was clean and quiet enough. Barcelona is an expensive city and it’s not a swanky hotel but it does the job and wasn’t gross. The bed was quite comfy!

The ventilation in the room was pretty bad, we somehow left with all our clothes smelling mildewy, even ones that had been in the suitcase the whole time. Also, the shower is tiny and I did bump my elbows on it a number of times. If you’re really tall, it might be even harder.

Location wa not very good, property is better in pictures, very small and old rooms

The staff was excellent. They were very helpful and recommended a great restaurant. They were knowledgeable about the area’s things to do.

The rooms were somewhat noisy.

The room was clean and the hotel is very close to the metro. There are also cafes nearby.

I stayed in this hotel for only one night, but it was not comfortable. The walls are very thin and you can hear a little noise too. The room was for three people, with a single bed and with a double bed. The double bed was very small for 2 people.

Water pressure in the shower was very good. Room size was OK.

There were quite lot of black ants on the floor and beds. I reported to manager and asked for some bug spray but he could not help. I went to the market and got bug spray myself and that care of the ants and some crawling insects. But because we noticed the ants around 8 pm, after spraying the room, we had to leave apartment for over an hour so that the smell from bug spray would be gone. Also the AC was not fully working and since it was hot weather, we had to endure high temperature in the room. At times it was cooler outside than in the hotel room.

The staff was excellent and so helpful. Appreciated having self-storage for bags.

Rooms are very basic and everything is quite noisy. But still was what I expected for the price in Barcelona.

The breakfast was very good and l like that they clean the room every day!

1.The person who welcome us was very strict but after all the persons was very polite!The room was very tite!We didn't have room to live our languages!

The staff was very good, the location was amazing 5 minutes to Sagrada Familia, 2 minutes to metro.The room was good, but too small. Only one chair, no wardrobe. Not enough hangers in bathroom for towels.

Reception is nice, beds are comfy and extra pillows per bed was lovely. The view from the room was just a block of flats bathroom was full of ants but we was hardly in the room

Room size very small ,no coffee machine, no staff for help, no glasses nothing was good

Front reception was courteous and helpful

We were not given the room which was suggested in the photo, so for three people it was cramped. The room did not even have a few glass tumblers to drink water out of, clearly the place needed some upkeep.

The hotel is in a very good area in terms of transport and a good environment. The afternoon employee was very friendly.

The room had a damaged bedside table, there was only one socket in the bathroom and the one that connected the TV, the mattress looked worn out.

Good location in peaceful neighborhood, friendly and responsive staff at reception and it was clean.

The humidity in the room was very high, I guess as a result of the freshly painted walls, so our clothes got a little damp during our stay.
