Cleanliness

No breakfast or restaurant. Staff not knowledgeable about directions to local attractions. No bath cloths available in bathroom or from front desk.

This is our second stay, and as previously, we were pleased with the place and the people there. Location is top, and you're getting a very comfortable and clean place to stay with extremely kind and friendly staff. Definitely will select it again!

Hand soap was limited, and the hair dryer was not working properly but we asked the receptionist and gave us a new one.

Good location near the metro. The room was small but clean and did the job for 2 nights. Not too much street noise despite the location and it being a weekend. I would stay again for a short stay. My limited interactions with the front desk were pleasant.

No major downsides but a couple small things. My room happened to have a connecting door to the room next to it. Although it was locked i had no control over the lock and I was not sure if the occupants in the next door room could unlock it from their side. I think this also affected the soundproofing between rooms. The second night when my neighbors arrived late I could hear everything they were doing. There also appeared to be a leak of some sort in the ceiling of the bathroom.

We put a no enter/ this room doesn’t need or want cleaning but the cleaning lady still went in and cleaned it.

Bed was comfortable and the room was cold

There are many nice restaurants around the hotel, staff was pleasant, and the room while on the small size was clean. The pillows were some of the best I’ve experienced during my travels.

It can be noisy and the elevator is small and slow.

Overpriced compared to how old the hotel is and how tiny TINY the room is. You have to pay a deposit of 25 euros to use an outdated safe that works with a medieval key. There’s a balcony with a glass door that you struggle to open and a chair but you’re not allowed to smoke on the balcony considering you’re fully outdoor why? Who knows! No box of tissues in the room. There’s like 2 papers plastered from when you arrive that say you can’t bring anyone up with you to the room. Where are we in Afghanistan or Barcelona??

Very accomodating staff and 10/10 customer service. Near to Sagrada Familia and very accessible to all public transportation /bus stops.

The staff are very nice people. We arrived at 08am and the let us check in at 9am.

The staff was super super nice. Everything was really clean. Subway really close.

Location

We asked for two single beds and the gave us a king bed. I informed the receptionist and they offered to move us the following day to a double bed but on the 6th floor. The elevator hoes up to the 5th. Floor and my friend is a person of age, so going up and down the stairs is a risk.

It was clean and host was very good.

It was far away most of places in Barcelona.

The hotel was very clean, and the room was comfortable. It was super close to the Sagrada Familia (extremely helpful in terms of both tourist activities and access to metro line 2) and other public transportation options (like the train station in El Clot, bus stations and metro Line 5). I really liked this hotel.

Was close to la sagrada familia every worker is very nice.

Having and ice machine on property will be nice
