    Pros +

    • Only the location.

    • In the middle of the crowded street of (Passeig de Gràcia); you can have a nice and quiet stay. The hotel feels like home with the staff helping like your a family, absolutely recommend it ??

    Cons -

    • The room didn't have windows. In the Morning when the staff prepared the breakfast the smell was everywhere.
    • the entrance process is not useful and the room view is blocked by big board outside the hotel, price is a bit high per night
    • 1. The key system is a bit odd. You must give your key back to reception before you leave, which means you have to ring the doorbell every time you come back. Once we had to wait for 10 minutes, with me repeatedly ringing the bell, which was pretty inconvenient. 2. Our room had a strong sewage smell that came out of the bathroom each night. Very off putting. 3. There is little to no soundproofing, which means anyone that comes in from reception can be heard clearly.

Excellent location. Our room had a view of Gaudi’s famous building, which was amazing. The hotel room itself was beautifully decorated, and very spacious. We appreciated the free drinks and I loved the bathtub.

We loved the location, the decor, the great bed and linens, the staff, the breakfast and the feeling of calm in the middle of Barcelona

Perfect location! Small personable boutique hotel with only 9 rooms. The staff are absolutely wonderful & so accommodating! Very warm and friendly! They will go above and beyond to help you in any way they can! The beds are extremely comfortable & the rooms are exceptionally clean & cozy! Would highly recommend!!!

    Nothing at all!

Wow! What an absolute delightful find!! I stumbled upon this special place in a search for a beautiful boutique hotel. We were traveling with our elderly parents, the staff were all so incredibly kind, patient and gentle with them, especially Antonia. The facilities were so beautiful!! A wonderful library of coffee table Taschen books in the library. Comfortable and stylish furnishings throughout. Our parents said the breakfast was delicious and abundant. We had them take a room next to ours. We had the smaller space, but extremely comfortable. Theirs was very roomy. Both rooms the beds were very comfortable- we slept like babies. The decor was thoughtful and elegant and the bathrooms were very roomy-even the showers (!) which was great as my 6’5” husband had plenty of room. Thoughtful details-high thread count sheets; a bathroom bag with amenities, super lush fluffy cotton towels. Our new favorite boutique hotel in Barcelona!! Even though it was on a busy street, it was so very quiet. And last thing-the entire staff was accommodating and lovely, but a big shout out to Antonia. She really took extra steps to make my elderly in-laws feel taken care of. We cannot wait to go back!

    We lived everything

I was disappointed with my stay. The rooms are directly next to the reception area, and at 11 pm I could hear every word

Loved the property which is like staying in a house!

The location is the best you can imagine. The hotel is well designed and newly renovated. Our room is specious with beautiful view of the grand street. The kitchen and living area are picturesque like it’s on a magazine. The staff is friendly and helpful. Couldn’t be happier with this place. It made our Barcelona trip memorable.

This beautiful hotel is in the heart of Barcelona, on the Best street, and has only eight rooms. It is such a personal beautiful hotel. Don’t miss this.

Although it was not the fault of the management, the air conditioning went out during the night and the staff on duty did not know how to fix it. Not their fault, but that was the only negative.

Absolutely loved my stay here. The hotel was spotless and exactly what I was hoping for: clean, comfortable, and lived up to the boutique luxury vibe. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Will (I think that was her name!). The view over Gràcia was amazing. The only slightly inconvenient part was needing staff to operate the building door and elevator, but honestly, they were always right there, so it never caused any delays. Just a small logistical quirk with 2–3 steps involved to get to the room. Otherwise, a fantastic stay.

Staff is very friendly and helpful; great location and well centralized; very clean facility; the details in room did not go unnoticed!

the fact that we cannot keep the room key with us; room a little bit small but bathroom size is comfortable/large; description of hotel operating model/amenities should match its reality (it is a one floor hotel in a residential building; not a proper standalone hotel building facility - it is a good and very decent experience but customers expectations should be managed ahead); walls are very thin so if other guests are speaking in the common spaces it is a bit annoying as we can clearly hear them in the room (late night/early mornings)

Clean, modern, good location. Lili and Maria were very friendly and helpful. They upgraded us to room 1, very nice!

First of all what was good only was the staff which carried out everything. Except for staff rest of the facilities were very bad. The entrance is like an apartment, not a Hotel. You have to make a call and then use the elevator to get to the hall of entrance. The entrance of hall is also like an apartment. After the interlock system, you can go to reception which looks like a very old and small desk. About the room it was terrible. No window in the room and the floor finish was concrete. This is not acceptable as I have pretty enough experience in Hotel construction and I know what is the norms and standards. It looks like you are in prison and no insolation and did not know morning or evening. The huge problem is all these conditions are not mentioned in the booking reservation. Even when you are looking at the room photos you can not detect it.

Everything is fantastic - staff, decor, lounge spaces, bedrooms. Only a few issues.

Lack of natural light in the “internal” is more of an issue that we thought. If you can, boom a room with windows! Our bedroom shower could do with some repairs - a big hole in the wall, hinges of the door, etc. Lighting is subtle (very romantic) but sometimes you need bright lights - perhaps for hair or make up - this bedroom didn’t have that. Because of these points, we rate this too expensive for what you get.

I like the library where I had chance to sit and study for hours during my stay. The bed was fantastic (high quality mattress)Nice that bar and coffee gets refilled every dayVery nice staff

I guess I got the last room (7) so no view or decorations like booking.com shows on the pictures. It’s perhaps not right charging the same relatively high rate? My alternative at the same price was ME Barcalona.

The room was beautifully designed and impeccably clean, with excellent bedding and Aesop toiletries.

The room was located right next to the reception and entrance, so you could hear people coming and going. While it was fairly quiet at night, from 8 AM onward, sleeping in was nearly impossible. Additionally, the “window” wasn’t a real one—it just looked out onto a few palm trees and the reception desk. That might have been fine under different circumstances, but for the price, and without prior notice, it felt disappointing.
