I was told hotel have swimming pool and it was advertised with swimming pool and it had pictures but when I went there they told me no swimming pool in the hotel and one of the main reason I booked this hotel because swimming pool

Bar & restaurant are awesome! Personal is great all over.

Shower has no glass on the shower side. Never seen it before! Water spills all over. I hope it¿s just in this room! #217 Avoid staying in this room!

The location was fantastic and the staff are excellent and the flexible gym hours.

Hotel was a quick walk away from the beach with several good restaurants near. Room was clean! Also a quick walk away from public transport.

Me and my wife booked a sea view room (paid extra for it) and our view was a brick wall. Approached the staff and they offered no assistance whatsoever.

Restaurant not open due to being Sunday. Morning staff was rude and speaking in another language . It was a tall male around 4am I didnt get his name. But very dissatisfied with his attitude.

The front desk was over the top helpful and helped us negotiate the buses and taxisShe greeted us on Oct 24 at 930 am and checked us in early. We can’t recall her nameOct 26 checked our bags before we left

No drawers in the room and very stuffyOpened the windows and got bitten by bugs

Highly recommend this hotel.The location is perfect - everything you need is within a 5-minute walk: a beautiful beach, a big shopping mall, food markets, and the metro.The area is lovely and convenient. Breakfasts are delicious.The staff are very friendly.There’s a small but nice gym downstairs, and you can rent a bike at a very reasonable price.

Breakfast, location top notch, Comfy bed, very professional staff.

Cups and plates were not well cleaned, maybe they used dishwashers and didn’t pay attention whether all the food residues were all well removed.

I booked this for 2 people when me an my sister arrived we was charged extra money as they said it was only for 1 person. When it wasn’t I paid for 2. Then they charged us tourist tax which I never paid in benidorm a month before ? also the maid was absolutely rude I wouldn’t give us fresh towel

The room was old and worn out. The toilet didn’t work properly. The room was very small for the money we paid.

Great location, close to the beach

***Long message*** The managers attitude towards us was absolutely disgusting. We booked Friday (25/04 - 28/04) with check out 29/04. My wife and I decided to visit Rome on the 27/04 and return on the 28/04 however due the the power outage in Spain and Portugal on the 28/04 our flight from Rome back to Barcelona was cancelled and the airline re-booked us for the morning of the 29/04 @ 07H00 to Paris and then connection back to Barcelona landing at 14H20. Our airline made accommodation to re-book us in the evening flight as we missed our morning flight to Lisbon thereafter. Once this was sorted, we proceeded back to the hotel and went straight to reception to advise them reason for our delayed check out as our main bags were still our room (I also sent them an email on the 28/04 @ 18H18 advising the same and and follow up at 09H32 with no response). The gentleman at the counter spoke to the manager at the office, the manager then came out saying he was trying to contact us but my phone went to voicemail (due to our phones being off due to us flying).He asked us to pay a late check out fee of EUR40.00 and the delay was not the “hotel’s problem”. We tried reasoning with him saying that we have been up since 2am and the outage was declared a state of emergency and if there’s any way he can assist us. He said we have 20 mins to round up our belonging and leave the room or else he was going to charge us. My wife being 5 months pregnant and I rushed back to the room to get this done within this timeframe. He showed absolutely no remorse towards us in this unfortunate and rare situation. Unfortunately a great holiday in Barcelona left a bitter taste in our mouth.

Nice place if you want to enjoy the beach only. Not if it is your first time to the city.

The staff at restaurant seemed overwhelmed with the amount of work. Worst than the breakfast was the dinner buffet, which was a joke and is not worth the money: Expensive, no variety, cold food and tasteless - I am swear I am not spoiled at all. The hotel should skip dinner buffet service altogether… Instead, go to the Asian restaurant 50m away and you will eat much better. The gym was another joke - apart from a few cardio machines there was only one workout station that was not functioning at all. On top only one lift was working and during “rush hour” (mornings after breakfast), it took us 15 minutes to go upstairs. I would never give 4****for this hotel but a 2** at most. It was clean though and comfy beds. Never ever again in this hotel or this hotel chain
