Value for money hotel with pretty good design

Breakfast was mediocre and staff was on auto-pilot and not very bothered

Location was quite central

The room was ridiculously hot, so much so that in the middle of the night, I had to use the mini bar to get a soft drink. I was then charge 11 euros for two of these. I spoke to reception the next morning, but they were extremely unhelpful and couldn’t be bothered to have the conversation, let alone, support with a resolution. They were more interested in getting money off me for the mini bar.For the price you pay, I would avoid. There are far better hotels nearby.

Location and the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The rooms was immaculate also.

We loved everything

Very nice hotel in central position, with character without missing the services: the room has everything you may need for work or for holidays as well.

The room is a little bit noisy for air/water tubes - super silent from the outside, since the street is very quiet

Near the train station, clean, accommodating staff, great little coffee shop around the corner.

The only thing is the toilet has only one very thin door so you can hear everything. If you are traveling with a friend or a boyfriend in the Walt stages of the relationship it maybe be a bit tough to use the toilet . You can hear all!

The location was incredibly convenient right by a metro station and an easy walk to many attractions. The room was very clean and luxurious.

The room was a little tight with 3 beds in it but we were grateful the hotel was able to add the third bed for us.

The room was clean and spacious, like expected. No issues, no problems. I forgot my slippers, but it was included in the room. Very convenient service, they delivered some extra blankets during the cold night.

Yes like others mentioned, the glass door window in the bathroom is a bit strange. I have seen worse. We visited in the winter, so during the cold night we ordered some extra blankets

Location, clealiness, welcoming environment

Location was fantastic, right opposite a huge shopping mall with supermarkets, shops and plenty of restaurants. Really close to the Metro and bus stops too so very easy to get around.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Although it is only 200 m from Espana Square, it is very quiet and located in a quiet, smaller street. Across the street from the hotel is a large shopping center, and the metro station with the two most important lines for tourists (red and green) is a few minutes' walk away. There are also many bus lines in the immediate vicinity. The end is very safe. The hotel staff is very friendly, we arrived in the morning and entered the rooms well before check-in. There are many excellent restaurants near the hotel, especially on the roof of the shopping center, which offers a nice view of the Magic Fountain. The bathroom is very spacious and has an unusual design, but it is extremely functional. The shower is one of the biggest I've seen in hotels, and also the toilet, which is separated from the shower by a door, is very spacious (this can't be seen very well in the hotel photos). The towels are of exceptional quality, as are the bed linen. Our rooms faced the street and had small but useful terraces.

The only recommendation for the hotel management would be to consider the price of breakfast, which is 20 euros per person (although the prices are similar in other hotels in Barcelona). That was the reason why we didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but had breakfast in the aforementioned mall, which was a great option...

Love the interior design and how clean the room is. Big mirror in the room is super! Staff is also very helpful and friendly.

No private parking, had to go to the public parking across the street under a mall. Witnessed a pickpocketing in the elevator of the mall, so be careful of your belongings.

The room was large and had a lovely terrace. Reception has beautiful interior . Bed was comfortable and it was super quiet

A gym would have been nice or a bar for coffee etc WiFi was really poor . Safe didn’t work . Lights in the room were minimal

The biggest positive of this hotel is its location to several good places to eat, Starbucks and a useful convenience store right outside the front door to the hotel.

I have no complaints about this hotel.
