The hotel was in a perfect location and the view from our room was of the back alley which was lovely!

Everything was great except for one of the days when the power was out and they didnt not let anyone know when it would be back on.

Location is great, it was clean, I felt safe, and the staff was friendly. They even helped me by booking a tour for the next day to Montserrat.

No air conditioning so the room got too warm/stuffy, even with outside air temp in the 60's. I opened the large windows and the breeze helped. I'd stay there again but only if there weren't any other hotels available that had air conditioning.

The size do tge room and lack electrical outlets.

No double bed but 2 single beds in room. When we complained we were told that they had no more double beds left. This is not a 4star hotel - the hotel is very old and outdated and need of redecorating so for the price it¿s not worth what we paid.

Was given a room on the 6th floor ants on the wall floor and in the bed. Woke to ants on me. They moved us the next day to a smaller room for 1 night it was all they had. Moved us again both rooms leaked in the bathrooms. Last room was nice.

When we moved 3rd time gave us key and a person came out it was not a operable room. no manager called to apologize. No restaurant or bar. No spa not 4 star

The area is amazing. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is extremely friendly.

Excellent Service. Location was 5 mins walking to Las Rablas and Beach. Room has sapcious , aircondition was great. I would stay again here.

Hotel safe was locked and the AC wasn¿t powerful of cool enough.

Location is extremely central, walking distance to all the attractions.

Room is too small, the windows are not looking to the street, so it's really dark.

The rooms are terrible. You can hear everything through the walls, lighting is poor, furniture is old. And they had to relocate me to a different hotel in a location that was far from my original location due to unknown technical difficulties.

The location is the best!

The foul smell in the corridor. No window room. Uncomfortable setup of the bathroom.

Neat, clean and modern rooms. Staff were helpful.

Elevator sometimes briefly out of order.

Location to main attractions and the subway was great. Many cafes and restaurants were steps away. You could easily walk down the backstreets to many shops and eateries. Staff was friendly and helpful. They provided a hot pot for tea.

Our room was to small for the desk and chair they had inside. We liked the soaking tub and the historic view out the window. I would stay in this hotel again.

Location

Toilet was dirty. Room was extremely hot in the winter season with no thermostat, only a small window to open which let in all the noise from the other rooms and street. Entire hotel smelled slightly of backed up sewage. Walls were so thin

Staff was unhelpful, availability of services was ambiguous, there was no ability to adjust the temperature in the room only 4 settings for the fan and the room was advertised as having air conditioning, there were no extra blankets or pillows, amenities.

The hotel room was really clean, the staff was outstanding and the location was perfect. We had an excellent experience.

The location was the only thing I liked about this hotel.

The AC was not working. It was making a VERY LOUD noise that was not fixed until the 3rd day. They didn't have fans I could use while the air was broken. The room keys had to be constantly stopped working. Very loud lobby music I could hear in my room.

Not a 4 star hotel!!! Doesnt have the four star hotel criteria. Old, beds are bad, barely can sleep without squeaking, below average room.
