Ako Suites Hotel

I was able to store my luggage before checking in and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

My room appeared to be very worn. The shower leaked outside if it's enclosure and wetted a good portion of the adjacent floor.

Price was great and a few blocks away from Las Ramblas and walking distance to reataurants nearby.

Location

Layout of room with glass bathroom next to bedroom

The space of the hotel and location. We would definitely book here again.

No, everything met our expectations.

Location

The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the hotel was in a fantastic location.

I liked this hotel because has central location, even easy to take the train, bus or others, and the hotel has an excellent customer service and the room is comfortable. I wish to coming back.

What I didn't like was when I had to leave the hotel and the city, Barcelona. ?

Nice clean hotel with very friendly staff. Good location with easy access to public transport.

Location was central and easy to get around

Space was a little small but the layout was good for two

Room, staff, cleanliness

Very comfortable and extremely convenient. The kitchenette was perfect for keeping drinks cool and making coffee. Room divided to give our grandson his own "bedroom". Small pool and sundeck, perfect for cooling off at the end of the day. Plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants and supermarkets close at hand. About a 15 minute flat walk to the main shopping areas. Metro station about 5 minutes walk.

Not enough plug sockets for charging phones. Only had one on one side of the bed. Only criticism.

Room was spacious.

It was a tad pricy. Although we had a key card that operated the elevator between floor . . . there was a house/freight elevator open for use lowering security.

Location of the hotel is great, center of the city is close and there are many restaurants and food shops near the hotel.

Unfortunately despite of asking to check in is 2 hours early, as I was with children and we didn’t sleep all night, they check in us sharp in 3 pm. Room looks ready for a long time.

Location. Clean roomy comfy beds

The size of the studio was good that’s all.

although there isn’t an arm chair or sofa to relax just a 2 uncomfortable bar seats, the bathroom was smell bad , they gave my 2 single tiny beds not attached together, even I asked for king size bed, the staff in the front desk staff wasn’t good or friendly, I asked for coffee capsules to use it in the coffee machine in the lobby, and when I checked out they charged me btw they didn’t told me it’ll cost me something I thought it was a free!! Definitely I don’t recommend it there too many options .

We checked in during the power outage and the staff were very calm and kind to accommodate all our needs.

Good room, nice bed. Pool terrace is perfect to get some sun and chill out.

The bathroom is all see through, the shower and the toilet. I was traveling solo so it didn’t matter, but I would like some privacy if I’m with someone in the bathroom.

Good and comfortable beds, location, AC, integrated kitchenette, nice shower, friendly personnel

Glass walls to WC1 Dirty towel on first day

The location is perfect.Near by the hotel metro station, very close to the center and Gaudi houses. The soround is quite and peacefull.Beautifull bakery and brunch cafe’s.

The bathroom in the room its not apropriate.Should have separated with walls.

Location was great and a bonus that there is a small kitchette. Room can be closed off for privacy. Plenty of restautants nearby and grocery stores. Next door is a laundromat.

Better room layout. Unable to eat at the bench due to space as we were a party of 3. Would like to have used the terrace however this is where people smoked. The pool terrace was closed and would have liked to use eve. If the pool was not available.
