Location was excellent

Room was very small.

The location was good , and the guy at the reception during the night shift was friendly.However, the room was super small and we could hear the neighbors talking and singing until the early morning, which was annoying.Also, the trash wasn’t taken out on the cleaning day, and there was no shelf or space to put our personal items. They provided a toothbrush without toothpaste , and you have to ask at the reception because there weren’t any toiletries in the bathroom.I work in a hotel myself, so I noticed these things.

Near metro and security seems good

Only rain shower available so its not convenient if you dont want to wash your hairs and u can hear everything whats everyone is doing

The rooms were clean and organised. The location is very central, it is a great choice if you are coming to explore Barcelona. Transportation from the airport is quite simple. You are at the door with a single bus. There were towels, shampoo and conditioner in the room. It was perfect to have a safety deposit box. You don't need to move these. Also, the login was encrypted. Login information is notified to you by e-mail the day before your trip. Also, although there was no coffee machine in the room, they left the coffee machine because I asked me? The gentleman who had the evening staff was very friendly and welcoming, thank you. It met my expectations.

Its perfect location, sparkling clean, comfortable bead, great view from balcony. Everything as on the pictures. Friendly staff.

Poor noise insulation. You can hear people, tv or shower from another room. For us it wasn’t a big problem as we slept tight. But it can be for someone with light sleep.

The location was perfect. The stuff was polite and extremely friendly. They are willing to help you with everything. And they always smile.

Everything was ok.

it was a very good option, closed to main city attractions, lots of restaurants nearby, close to metro and bus station. the room was clean, very nice and liked that we had our towels changed almost daily.

staff is very helpful and smiling. hotel is well located, room is quite clean and freshly white. I loved the decoration & atmosphere. We really enjoyed the city view while drinking coffee & eating delicious cookies, in the balcony:)

only negativity is there is traffic noise due to location & main street.

Very nice room with lovely little balcony. Good location, 2 minute walk from Metro station and 10 minute walk from La Rambla.

The place was very clean and the staff was very kind. The shower got quite hot, which was nice. The room offered tea and coffee, and there was plenty of shelf space to lay out belongings. There was a refrigerator. The air conditioner was quite nice. It was quiet at night for peaceful sleeping.

The room was quite small. You could not open your suitcase and still have room to walk around. The shower was also quite small. A larger/taller person might find it uncomfortable to shower without bumping into the walls. During the day it was easy to hear noise from other rooms/floors (dishes clanging, children crying). The noise could be heard at times you were typically awake, or would be out and about.

It was very clean, very nicely decorated. Free tea, coffee and water daily on the room.

Sounds from other rooms echoed through the court yard to the room. It was only minor though.
