Serras Barcelona

The location of the hotel was very good. The staff was professional and eager to help. The food at the hotel restaurant is very good, maybe one of the best hotel restaurants I've experienced.

The hotel is on a busy street so there is some street noise. The view from the non ocean front view rooms is not great. The rooms are clean and nice but maybe on the smaller side.

I have travelled to Barcelona many times, but for the first time I felt welcomed not just as a returning guest or even as a friend, but as family.From the very first moment — assistance with parking, the smooth and warm check-in process, and the personal introduction to the room - everything felt genuinely attentive and heartfelt.The location is outstanding, perfectly positioned to enjoy the city. The breakfast was exquisite: beyond excellent taste, even the simplest omelette was presented as a small work of art.A truly memorable stay. I will definitely return.

What didn’t I like?That we stayed only two nights. Next time, we will definitely come for much longer.

We love everything of the Serras Hotel, the place is so cozy, warm, intimate, bright and elegant. Really, it has been a pleasure for us to stay at this hotel were the ambiance is truly great.Every furniture, linen, glasses, accessories show class and great taste.The place is absolutely clean, the owners and all the staff are so nice, sweet, polite, friendly, cooperative, attentive etc. All of them are ready to go the extra, extra, extra mile in order to make their guests, feel valued, appreciated and cared for.My husband and I highy recomend the Serras Hotel as the best place to stay in Barcelona.This hotel exceed all expectations.

There is nothing that we didn't like.We like and love everything.My husband and I are so thankful to the propietors and their team for everything they did for us, since sending to pick us up at the train station until ensuring that all our needs were satisfied even without asking.

Very cozy and quiet even though it’s next to a road, the noise cancelling from the balcony doors is very good. Staff was very accommodating and I like that it’s a small hotel.

Everything, clean and organized, staff are excellent and friendly, location is perfect as well. An excellent option in Barcelona and definitely will be back.

The staff was very welcoming from the beginning. Everyone was very kind to my husband and I. They made the begin of our honeymoon really special and the location was amazing!

The room we were in was really noisy and you could hear the other room next to us, which was a family with younger kids. They also put us next to a staff elevator and it was really noisy through the day and the morning. That was my biggest complaint from the trip.

The most accommodating staff I have ever encountered in over 50 years of travel. This made our stay extra special. Also we loved the contemporary feel of the hotel, the excellent location, and the delicious food in the restaurant. We could not have chosen a more perfect accommodation in wonderful Barcelona!

Everything was perfect

Staff & accommodation was outstanding! Great breakfast, dinner and roof top bar was top notch! Location to Gothic quarter perfect for exploring. I would highly recommend this hotel and rate 10/10.

Everyone who works here was efficient, professional, warm and welcoming. They anticipated our needs. It felt like they knew us and wanted to ensure we had the best sooo Ike experience in Barcelona. The breakfast was excellent and Sandra could not have been more accommodating and helpful. The reception desk was perfect, Agustina, Pablo, Bard and Robert were amazingly cheerful and solicitous. Robinson of FMB was also super.

We will get a larger room next time but it was a very nice room if we had been in a shorter trip and had less luggage. We were travelling for several weeks and packed more than usual.

The room I stayed in was right next to the staff door, which was being used constantly by the cleaning team and staff. Unfortunately, the noise made it very difficult to get a proper sleep. On the positive side, the food was excellent, especially the breakfast.

The rooms offer stunning views of the harbor, and the hotel itself is ideally situated for exploring the city: stepping right outside, you can immediately find yourself on La Rambla and begin your journey through Barcelona. For tourists, this is perfect — there are two convenient walking routes that allow you to dive straight into the city’s atmosphere.The hotel itself is a real masterpiece of style and taste. The interior is designed with impeccable attention to detail: the finishes, furniture, tableware — everything is thoughtfully chosen. This place will especially appeal to art lovers and those who appreciate refined design. The rooms are extremely comfortable: soft bed, pillows, linens, bathrobes, slippers — everything is of the highest quality, creating a feeling of comfort and care.A particularly memorable touch was the welcome gesture: in the room we were greeted with a bucket of chilled sparkling wine and exquisite snacks — such an elegant and thoughtful detail. In the evenings, the turndown service was delightful: the bed was prepared, fresh water provided, and small treats like chocolates or pastries were left in the room.I would also like to highlight the butler service. The staff assisted with restaurant bookings, calling taxis, and offered excellent advice on routes and places to visit. Every restaurant recommendation they made was simply outstanding.Breakfast deserves special praise — it is personalized, served from a menu, and you truly feel like a valued guest who was expected. The atmosphere in the hotel is both cozy and sophisticated, and the entire staff is incredibly friendly and attentive.If I return to Barcelona, I will definitely choose this hotel again. Serras Barcelona was a true discovery for me and left the warmest memories.

Amazing cosy boutique place with tons of attention to your comfort and personalization. Breakfasts were delicious, i loved how my kid was treated. Rooftop bar is always a joy. Cleanness and well-working rooms + superb noise protection. 5 stars +

None, this is amazing place and please do change noting! Okay, maybe learn espresso tonic receipt in the bar for summer coffee junkies like us, but this is super minor :)

Beautiful hotel, room was very comfortable and service very personal and attentive, little touches like the water and sweet treats in the room each evening deliver that something special. The staff were amazing and super helpful and friendly. Location was fantastic.

Only thing we would have liked to have in the room was iron/ironing board, otherwise it was perfect!

The reception when we checked in was fabulous. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the rooftop bar!

There are so many good things I can say about this hotel. Traveling as a solo female, I felt safe and welcome every time I entered the doors. The location worked out well for me and was central to the metro and everything I wanted to do. My room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well, and anything I needed was provided quickly (honey for tea, fresh linens). But the best part of the hotel is the staff; they were all really wonderful and helpful. I have to give special recognition to Daria and Carla. Daria was the first person I met when I arrived. She checked me in (I was able to get into my room much earlier than check-in time), and she offered me a tour of the premises. She also sent me a list of restaurant recommendations, which I appreciated. She immediately made me feel like I'd made the right choice in booking Serras. Carla is also fantastic. When a taxi driver overcharged me, she looked into the matter and helped me get a partial refund, and this was AFTER I'd already checked out of the hotel. People who will go above and beyond for you after you're no longer a guest, that is something I will never forget. I can't thank them enough.

The only negative was that I could hear other guests walking around sometimes because of the wood floors in the rooms. I'm a light sleeper, so I'm extra sensitive to noise, but it wouldn't stop me from returning.
