Nice hotel, large room and very comfortable. Very clean.Close to public transport, takes around 15-20 min to travel to city center via bus/train.

The quality of the bed is exceptional. The sleep was amazing because of how comfortable it is. The room size is much larger than expected from the photos online.

N/A as I didn't explore the rest of the property as i only stayed for a night.

Practically nothing, it's very comfortable and quiet hotel in a quiet area. Great, especially, for business trips. Very practical, you have all you need in the room.Its not luxurious to give it 9 or 10, but then it would be more expensive. Good value for money.Some rooms are connecting - see pictures. I would appreciate if I was specially notified about it in prior. However, I was given promptly another room - so not a big problem. I suggest if you are not comfortable with connecting door in your room, make sure to let the staff know ahead of your stay.Thank you

Regularly stayin all fine i like the hotel overall. Just this time the room that was given was not that good. The room was possibly divided into two, was bigger before i assume bcz had door inside the room that opens to another room (was locked from both sides no issues there). But the noise was so extreme for both me and the other room i assume. I could hear everything and i believe they could hear everything as well.

The location, the staff

The room was for 2 persons but the balcony had one chair and the coplimentery items in the bathroom was for one person too.

Everything but what I mention in the "didn't like" was spot on. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas, has water and sweets for free to rest from your long walks in BCN, and the room was spacious and perfectly cleaned every day. Staff was helpful and kind. The location was perfect for us but we're not tourists so we had specific needs in terms of location.

It's almost impossible to get the right temperature for the water. It's either scolding hot or freezing. Also the pressure of the water is very, very low. I understand they want to help the environment but it made washing and showering a much worse experience.We also did not love that their best rooms are in floor 1. On one side they were silent and easier to access with a baby (like our case), but we missed the views you can get from cheaper rooms. Everything else was great :)

Hotel is very modern and has great facilities such as gym, restaurants and meeting space. It was nice and clean, room was spacious . Good walk to glories/westfield. Breakfast was great, plenty of options and space.

When checking in, the staff wasn’t very welcoming and helpful.

Very nice and clean rooms. Staff was nice and service good. Good food and drinks at the restaurant and nice view. Its in a nice area and it was very easy to get around with the bus, metro and tram.

The doors was not very soundproof. We had an adjacentig door to the room next to us. We could hear our neighbor talking on the phone.

Friendly staff.Spacious, well appointed room

Probably the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in (hotel or no hotel) … I’m usually a bad sleeper but this bed had me knocking Z’s. The room we were given was a king suite on the corner with a panoramic view of the city (it was our mini moon after getting married) so for this we were very grateful as the views were stunning. The style and modern feel of the hotel was very chic and felt very high end. Loved the pool and bar on the rooftop, heard one woman when I was there say “ohhh this is a small pool”… but not sure what you expect when in a city, it’s a good size pool with a fair amount of seating/sunbeds plus lovely views all around.

The technology for the rooms is cool HOWEVER sometimes nothing wrong with a simple on/off switch. Also, not sure about the thinking behind having a touchscreen light switch behind your pillow on the bed headboard as the light accidentally turned on a few times in the middle of the night.

The hotel is excellent, the people working at the reception are amazing. The people working in the restaurant are very nice and friendly.

My only suggestion is to have a smoking area.

Beautiful patio!!! And the rooms were so nice and clean.
