Extremely helpfull staff, I needed they assistant since we 've been family with kids and grandpas. They made our stay more than pleasant! The breakfast really good and the refurnished rooms were really nice!

The hotel was central enough. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the towels were replaced.

The hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly. You can walk to a lot of restaurants and bars, also you cam reach the beach in about 20minutes. Sagrada Familia is at 25 minutes walking.

Loved the layout of the room, was perfect size, the bathroom was very clean and the shower was excellent. Many euro showers are not very functional, nor pleasant to use. This one was great! Great room.

The hallways had a strong unpleasant smell. The location is not the most convenient to the city centre, and the neighborhood was not very charming. But there were many young professionals and people were pleasant and friendly. Looks like some further renovation could be done on the wooden trims and doors but did not effect our stay.

The room was big and clean, the AC worked OK, the internet was fast. The hotel staff was very friendly and cooperative, breakfast was very good, the lady in charge was so nice.

Nothing wrong with the hotel, we booked the hotel to get on a cruise the next day, not much to do on the hotel surroundings.

The hotel needs renovations. Old and noisy elevator and very bad looking carpet. Bad soundproof.

I chose NH because I like the simplicity of the rooms and the quality of their hotels.I chose the one in Barcelona because it is located a little outside the chaotic city centre, in a very nice area that is well connected by public transport.There are lots of coffee shops in the neighbourhood and you are close to a large boulevard that takes you straight to the sea. The staff are very friendly and careful: they left us a little surprise in our room when we were back because it was my partner's birthday. A really nice gesture.The room was cleaned and tidied every day. So perfect service.If I had to say one thing: it would be that they should perhaps do some maintenance work because you can see that the building is not brand new.

The local of the hotel is great, close to the city center by public transport and in walk distance to the beach.

The air conditioner did not work well. It was unbearably warm in the hotel room, especially after showers the warm air makes it worse.

Very noisy

They started noisy construction work on the building early in the morning, making it impossible to sleep. Staying here was not relaxing at all.

The hotel is located approximately 20 minutes on foot from Bogatell Beach and is well connected by public transport. The Bogatell metro station (Line 4), just a few minutes away, provides direct access to Ciutadella, Villa Olímpica, and Barceloneta—areas known for their beaches and nightlife. It also takes around 10 minutes by metro to reach Plaça de Catalunya and Passeig de Gràcia, which are central for shopping and sightseeing.The room was of a good size and offered adequate amenities. It was located on the first floor and did not have any particular view. The double bed was very comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. As the temperatures were quite high during our visit, we particularly appreciated the efficient air conditioning in the room.

Poblenou is a former industrial area, so it lacks the variety of restaurants and bars found in more central neighbourhoods. I had not booked breakfast in the hotel, but I was able to find a few local cafés within walking distance for a coffee and croissant.

Location is good

Condition of the rooms. I had mold in bathroom.Totally weared of laminate floor. Dusty ventilation, broken water firealarm system, rusty heater, the mirror looked like from 19th century not in a good way...really weared off..Toilet looked like it will fall of the wall right now,Awful... very awful and for that I paid 200 eur a night. Barcelona is expensive, but this kind of quality is a rip off. I expected a lot more feom NH hotels.Hope their administrator will read this.When i was departing he promissed tk contact with me and offer some solution, i mean i expected a refund at least partly.... but that promise was broken as well..My friends were staying here as well on 1st and 3rd floor and they said it was the same in their rooms... Never had such a bad expierence :(

Clean and room has the minimum required. The beds were good.

the staff were great. especially at breakfast, they seem to be having fun not actually working.

The shower head in my room needs fixing but even that was tolerable.

A good location for our purpose in town . Easy check in , comfortable clean room .

Expensive for one night given this is a no frills hotel chain . There was no tariff in the room for the drinks in the fridge .
